John and his team provided a good information during the initial visit, and were able to provide a very feasible price. We had 17 impact-rated windows and sliding doors, to include custom pieces completed and installed on time over a 2 day period. Even when there were a few broken screens during transit, they had no problem ordering a warranty claim for us and had them installed shortly thereafter. The house looks/feels great, now that we have functioning windows again. An expensive project, but well worth the investment. In my opinion, a reputable dealer.

Rodger was our installer for the siding. He was a complete professional. The guy that did the gutters were also very professional.

Everything was done very professionally and efficiently. The service was wonderful and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and provided understanding for my circumstances. I am a senior citizen and was going through an illness and death in my family.

The crew that came out to do this job was superb. They did a really great job. They were hard workers and did not waste time.They cleaned up afterwards too. They were friendly and they were very courteous. This was a unique situation and I found John & Aaron were really good to work with to respond to my particular situation. I would hire them again.

Project went very well. Quality of work and finished product exceeded our expectations. Stucco crew members were very courteous, professional and responsive to our questions. The stucco crew worked diligently to complete project in one day as quoted. Construction site was cleaned after completion of the project, no left over debris.

The entire project was handled very professionally and completed in the time frame quoted. All of the residing crew members were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Quality of the finished product met all expectations. Upon completion of the project all construction debris was removed and hauled away, project site was left very clean.

Suncoast acted in a very professional manner from start to finish. The installation of the windows was good, but the installation of the pocket sliders was beyond expectations. The installer tool pride in his work. Both Aaron and John are gentleman. I would highly recommend this company.

I had original windows and patio doors replaced with new hurricane windows, easy hassle free deal from start to finish. They custom ordered and installed 12 windows and a patio door for a fair price. Took their time and answered our questions before and after, polite and punctual installation crew stayed late to finish, highly recommend!

1 ordered 10 windows and 5 doors. When they came to install them one window was ordered wrong, one window came with a damaged frame, and one door had damaged glass. It took them several trips coming to my house and we are still finding problems...its been 6 months. When we called John, one of the owners, he said he would get right back to us, he didn't, we had to call him back a week later. He became very defensive when I brought up problems to him and upset that I would not leave a key laying around my backyard for them to come and go at their convenience. The sales rep Aaron even called me to tell me their installer Roger had injured his hand and would not be able to come as scheduled. When Roger came to my house a few weeks later he was perplexed when I asked him about his hand, he said he never injured himself but that he cancelled because he has another job to do.

Aaron Bauer was so sweet and walk me through all what I needed to be done to my home and explained my contract and the whole process to me. When the company started the work the men assigned to my home were wonderful! They cleaned up and were respectful and so nice. I missed having them around. The home was done in no time. My siding made my home look like a brand new house!! Troy and his crew were great and his son Reggie was so sweet. I would definitely hire this company again. I am really pleased with their work. The project looks beautiful! They did a terrific job matching the new siding with the old, it is indistinguishable. I cannot stress how clean they were as well, which I find very important. They were also very timely. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't tell you how satisfied with Suncoast. From the beginning with the sales person, to the installers I was 100% satisfied. They delivered on everything they promised and more. They were courteous, cleaning up and followed up with me. They had excellent follow up service. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
