Three layers torn off. Replaced wood at site of three leaks. Installed new roof and added vents. All in less than a day. Very good clean up.

They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. We're doing our windows in 2020, and they will be the first company we will call to come out and take a look. The roof looks wonderful!!!! Thank you. We are so happy.

They were fantastic! The owner fought to get us coverage when our insurance company refused. They also matched the lower price. The work crew was extremely professional and did the work quickly. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I have recommended them to others.

Zack the owner came by, measured, and gave us the estimate and explained the process. He was extremely professional and pleasant and helpful in explaining everything clearly. His crew came at 7:00am and completed the job within two weeks. They finished the job on the house and garage in one day, and it took most of the day due to some repairs necessary. The roof looks great and they left the site clean. The follow-up was professional and all taken care of by Ed and Zack. We had called three companies for estimates, two of which we received and we chose Zack despite the higher price because our research confirmed they had been in the area longer, we liked the roof jobs we had seen, and they were very professional and appeared like they would be around long term.

It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.   <br /> <br /> There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased. <br /> <br /> I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.) <br /> <br /> Thanks Sundown!!! <br />

My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced. <br />

The roof replacement went very well. What I really liked was the service by the owner. When I told him I was having leaks he came out the same day to tarp my roof because we were expecting rain. That was above and beyond. To be fair, one of the installers accidentally cut my cable when removing an old satellite dish. But the owner responded right and was ready to make things right. <br />It was a real pleasure working with Zac and his crew. <br />

It went very well.  We are so satisfied with all they did that we did not realize how extensive their work was.  For the first time in years after numerous other patch jobs, our kitchen ceiling no longer leaks.  YEAH!  The personnel were all very efficient, friendly and  worked in a timely manner and worked hard approximately 12 hours a day.  Out total experience was very satisfying and we would recommend them to anyone. <br />

The Storm in November 2013 caused roof, siding and fence <br /> damage at my house. When other companies were saying they would not be able to come <br /> out for an estimate for weeks. Zack from Sundown Exteriors came out promptly and <br /> gave a very reasonable estimate., He then came back days later when the <br /> insurance agent was to be onsite (even set up the ladders for him) to make sure <br /> everything was okay and everyone was on the same page. We scheduled the work <br /> and even though we had a big snowfall days before, they were to do the work, They <br /> came to do the work a day early. They arrived and cleared off the snow and <br /> replaced the roof, some damaged siding and repaired the fallen down section of <br /> fence. They were very professional and everything looks great. <br />
