My solar installation is complete and I couldn't be happier! Sun Energy made the process very simple and never did I have to worry about anything involving the process. Sun Energy Co. has been extremely transparent on the whole process of going solar. Nicole J helps you along the whole way. She answers any and every question you have during the whole process. I received weekly updates. She emailed LADWP, called and left voicemails. Making sure everybody stayed busy and finishing the process in a timely manner. The whole team they have working at Sun Energy are all Ace’s, and they take extreme care of their customers.

I cannot recommend SunEnegy highly enough. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Nicole was always there to answer the questions she could or find and answer for me for those she couldn't at any time, and always with a wonderful attitude. The installation team was extremely polite and neat, and when they found that my roof needed repairs, they found someone to fix it immediately at a reasonable price, and SunEnegry was able to incorporate the repairs into my monthly payments so I had no out of pocket expenses. However, the most surprising thing, was that when there was a misunderstanding on the financing. SunEnergy had every right to be assertive in their position and protect their profits, instead, they immediately decided to lose some of their earnings, and made sure that their customer was more than satisfied. It is difficult to find businesses entities nowadays that are truly customer focused, but SunEnergy is a shining example of a customer based company, all the staff was a pleasure to work with at all times. I bought my first home and wanted to go aggressive with the remodel and repairs. My place was a fixer upper and one of the first things was solar and electrical work. I researched and found sun energy. From the initial Pre-plan, to financing, to install sun energy walked me through the process and gave me a part of the reality of owning and improving on my new home. I would honestly recommend them hands down to anyone wanting solar.

There are three phases to a solar project; the sale and design, the installation and the support. This company actually listened to me, considered my needs and designed a system that would meet my needs, not supply energy to the entire neighborhood. The installation was fast and professional and the support exceeds my expectations. The system has functioned at or exceeded expectations. This company exceeded overall expectations.

Our experience with Sun Energy was great! Beginning with the proposal, Richard was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions in detail. The installers were very professional, punctual & cleaned up at the end of their work day. Nicole was great, gave us daily updates, even sent pictures of work in progress (that we could not see because it was going on up on the roof). It was completed within the time frame quoted. I've always been told "if it sounds too good to be true...." Well, it's "True" couldn't be happier!! Thank you Sun Energy!!!
