I hired Sunny for a routine HVAC service at my home. During the appointment, they informed me that the furnace heat exchange was cracked and the furnace would not work when winter came around. I have a home warranty in place, so I did not use them for the repair. However, I did try to convince my home warranty company to let me use Sunny, because they were so GOOD. The technician was very professional and respectful, and did NOT try to upsell me. I was very grateful for the no-pressure attitude, and I will absolutely be using Sunny for all my future HVAC servicing needs.

The service from Sunny was amazing start to finish. The technician called to let me know they were on the way and arrived on time. I was notified about everything from start to finish and never left in the dark about costs and repairs that were needed. The repairs were done quickly and were also very affordable. Both of our A/C units went out within a month of each other in June and July. Sean really took care of us... he sent a technician out right away to assess, he answered all of my questions, and took the time to help me understand all my options. The service guys were polite, professional, and cleaned up after the work was done. Sean is a true professional and has a great team. You can see from this chart how inefficient my old units were in May and June. My electricity usage dropped dramatically after I replaced the A/C units in late June and mid-July, even as the high temps kept climbing.

I have had sunny services out on a couple of occasions. One time was to fix a broken AC and the other was for a yearly check of the system. Both times the service technician arrived on time, was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. During the AC repair visit, the part that had broken was still under warranty so he took care of everything with the manufacturer regarding the warranty for us. We will definitely have them out again in the future.

I got 5 estimates for this work. Sunny Service was not the cheapest but was the only one that gave me an complete information on the two systems that I was trying to decide between the two. Todd was at my house the afternoon that I called him. Never pushed, just wanted to make sure that I understood the benefits of both systems. He told me it would take two days. They were here on Monday morning at 9:30, 4 techs, started removing everything out of the attic and at 7:30 they were finished, loaded all of the junk from the attic. They even swept my garage. The service was top notch and their warranties cannot be touched. I will certainly recommend this company. Most of the techs have worked together far a long time and are very knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about our new unit. It is silent and just keeps the house at a constant temp.

Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable from start to finish every person we talked with. They were referred to me from a friend and Sunny Services did not disappoint. New attic unit a/c and heat pump also outside unit, all new duct work, and installed 5 new vent returns. We went with a 2 phase unit and are extremely pleased with work. A big concern was how noisy our unit was inside when the air turned on because of air pressure. They added a vent return in each bedroom and our hallway to fix the air flow and quiet the sound of the air coming out. The noise of the air pressure is much quieter now (it use to keep me up at night). We have old units on the other side of the house and we will be calling them when we are ready to replace those. They are now our go to for A/C and heating.

Outstanding All Around, would highly recommend The process from beginning to end was seamless and thorough. We were educated on the various units and were able to choose the system that met our needs rather than being sold a specific unit. One of the issues we had with our previous unit was the inconsistent temperatures in the various rooms throughout the house. Sunny Service explored solutions and we are happy to report all rooms have a consistent temperature throughout the house. They delivered exceptional service and all employees were friendly. They were honest from the beginning, explained our options in detail, addressed all concerns and questions, and scheduled our A/C replacement promptly. The day of, they were on time, friendly, very professional, and clean. A/C replacement is an all day event, with people coming and going constantly. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, which is very important to me. At the end of a very long 100-degree day, the same friendly person, who I greeted early that morning to get started, was equally as friendly. Even though he had been in the attic for at least 8 hours, I was shown how the unit worked and walked through what had been done. Before he left, he made sure all my questions were answered. They really are an exemplary benchmark of what service should look like.
