Nothing but lies and stealing your hopes and dreams. We began our project in October 2025, Christian was attentive in the beginning promising "clear communication" and quoted 6-8weeks for completion; here we are in May 2026 and still not finished and can't get in contact with him. He took ALL payment installments and hasn't completed 20K$ worth of work. We have been beyond patient and understanding, hoping he would finally finish the job and nothing. We pleaded he at least drop off our equipment (which he continued to state he "just had to pick it up") nothing...we begged he please just provide the pictures that our pool was bonded correctly for inspections...nothing. Not only are we out 20k$ to complete this with another company, we now have to go through our concrete Around the pool to prove electrical bonding was done because he didn't bother doing inspections while the project was in his hands. He's nothing but a liar and a cheat. DO NOT HIRE HIM, we are one of MANY he's done this

Contracted Sunrise pool in August 25, nothing has been done so far and he refuses to give back the deposit. Plus the owner seems to have been arrested for doing the same thing to other people. He should be removed to HomeAdvise/Angi

Terrible company, terrible communication, terrible construction, it?s all terrible. Do not hire. This has been the worst experience and it?s still not done! Empty promises with no response or results.

Terrible. Pool started in March of 2024. Still not done. Nothing but empty promises. Pool was installed 2? uneven and patio was laid out so rain water runs in to pool. If it rains 1? we get 2 inches in the pool. The pool needs to be lifted and leveled which means new patio, be sod, reconnect plumbing and new fence. I paid for pool in cash and contractors are still texting me asking for payment because they never got paid. My water feature looks terrible, my pool skimmer was cut out crooked so faceplate will never attach and my pool equipment pad was built up on a sandcastle and is now collapsing. Do research on this company. Check for people who really had him install a pool. I wish I used a different company.

The OBSOLUTE WORST POOL COMPANY IN THE AREA!!!! We started our process with him in March 17 2024 and gave a substantial payment to start shortly after that. On May 29th the pool finally arrive at the house and was in the ground. That's when it all went to HELL. Did not let us know to get the corps of engineers over to reevaluate our sqft. footprint so we could use concrete as what was quoted. So we ended up having to use permeable pavers which cost an extra $15k. Never came back to install railing, I had to get that done myself. So that got done by Mid July finally. Now starts the worst part. Landscaping was also included with sod, dirt fill, firepit and enclosed shower all back to original. In August we still have no landscaping stated so we have had this backyard torn up since May. All supposed to be done in 4-6 weeks mind you. So finally he agreed to allow our landscapers Escobar Landscaping finish the project and he would pay them. He paid for the materials and would pay the labor

I am so thankful for sunrise pools. I will tell every single person I know that they will not regret working with them. I had a great time getting to know their crew and they do fantastic work. Thank you Christian and the sunrise crew!

Communication was important to me because of my last contractor nightmare. Christian made sure I understood every step of the process. I am so happy with my pool. Definitely recommend

Christian and the crew at Sunrise Pools did our pool install and I couldn't believe how seamless they made the entire process. They communicated every step of the job and did an amazing work. Couldn't recommend them any higher! Thank you all for making our dream backyard come to life!

Take it from an old school kinda guy like myself. Christian understands the meaning of a handshake and how important it is to do what you promise. Obviously when doing any type of project there will be some issues .The way they’re fixed and how fast they’re remedied is the difference. Too many contractors are out there for the fast easy money upfront and then leave the project 85% complete. Christian stands by his word and addresses any concerns promptly and professionally and actually finishes the job!!! Sign up with him and just go gave fun shopping for pool toys.
