The room addition went great. Mr Porter was very efficient. Kept me up to date in all aspects of the build. He pays attention to detail. His pricing was very fair. I have used this company multiple times. In 2009 ,he completed a kitchen remodel for me. I would recommend him to anyone needing a project done.

The Porters did an amazing job from start to finish. They were in constant communication with my husband and I from start to finish. Boy, we had a lot of questions. Mr Porter had to run new and replace the water pipes during his renovation, install two toilets, install vanity and sink, install light fixtures, install mirrors, install new shower, install new tub, install new tiles all the way to the ceiling, and even replace a crack wall by lifting the foundation. The ceramic tiles look amazing. I am extremely happy with the upgrades and the care he provided during his renovation. He takes pride in his work. Mrs Porter as well provided assistance with her knowledge of products and recommendations. I definitely will hire them again. Thank you guys for providing us with two amazing bathrooms. So happy to hire such reliable people.

Beautiful! We replaced the typical wire shelves in our closet with custom wood shelving. Sunrise Remodeling took the time to sit with me in the closet and sketch out the design, discussing pros and cons of various ideas. Then he built it to order! It looks great and is highly functional. We are so pleased!

Incredible! I've hired this company before and couldn't wait to have them come back. This time, we moved a linen closet, which necessitated moving electric, plumbing, and a doorway, as well as extending the cabinet and countertop. Everything (other than Covid-delayed supplies) went exceptionally well, and the bathroom is modern and beautiful!

Had both bathrooms remodeled by taking one piece shower and tub out and replacing with tile showers with glass doors. In one of the bathrooms, I also had the vanity and linoleum floor replaced with a new vanity with marble top, and laminate vinyl flooring. Billy did an excellent job on all of it and what I really like is that he only works on your project at one time so he doesn't leave you hanging two or three days while he goes off to work on someone else's job. I would hire him again.

Amazing! The exterior siding replacement turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because of the flammable materials Billy found underneath the old cedar siding. As soon as he made the discovery, he shared his concerns about leaving the old wrap on the house and discussed viable options with us. The change added time and labor to the job, but they quickly rescheduled the next job and made sure to complete all of our work before moving on. The kitchen/bath remodel was floor & countertop replacement and cabinet painting. Billy did a wonderful job, keeping both the kitchen and bathrooms as functional as possible during the process. He double checked all incoming products, catching poor workmanship on one of the countertops and rejecting them on our behalf at the store. After working with Sunrise Remodeling again, I am already considering future jobs for them. They are professional, timely, and communicate well. They are a joy to work with!

Absolutely amazing! When Billy and Stephanie first entered our home, I had little idea of what I wanted other than the wall removed between our kitchen and dining room, which I knew necessitated moving appliances, electrical, and plumbing, as well as redoing the floor. They made excellent suggestions and added critical information while allowing us to make the final decisions without any pressure from them. Once the contract was signed, they wrote out clearly what we needed to do before work was scheduled to start. Once work started, they continued to communicate well, giving us daily and weekly goals, informing us about delays as soon as they knew about them, and working hard to make sure the project remained as on schedule as they could possibly keep it. Billy showed up every morning on time, worked diligently throughout the day, cleaned up after himself and his contractors exceptionally well, and went above and beyond during the job. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and trustworthy. Additionally, the contractors he hired displayed similar characteristics. I am so pleased that he will be my first phone call on another project we're looking to do later next year.

Fantastic! Billy did a very professional job, I love my new bathroom and the way it came out. He demolished the room, installed a walk-in shower where there was a tub, tiled the floor, and shower. Installed new sink and toilet, painted. My new shower door is amazing.

Everything went fine. Stayed until they got everything done. Even gave a 2 year warranty. Found some mistakes that were eventually corrected. Wonderful people to work with. Received assistance in matching tile with rest of bathroom. The bathroom looks gorgeous!

Mr. Porter came to my home as agreed to and started immediately on re-doing our bathroom. During the process of the remodel Billy and his crew were very polite and professional. He always made sure that he communicated effectively with my husband and I. We decided to make a few changes on our original design of the bathroom. Billy was very understanding and willing to accommodate to the requests we had made. Even though the changes were made the process went smoothly. They were always on time and always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. The shower was so much larger than we had anticipated and we absolutely love it. The custom ceramic tile work that was completed by Billy throughout the entire bathroom to include floors, shower, back-splash and tub is beautiful. The attention that was placed into the details of placement was astonishing. We now have a gorgeous bathroom that has a serene atmosphere. Sunrise Remodeling demonstrated superior workmanship, thoroughness, and professionalism in the remodeling of our bathroom. Billy was very focused on ensuring an outstanding customer experience in everything he did. His process from design to project execution was well thought out and worked very well. I appreciated their excellent communication, attention to details, focus on avoiding surprises, and follow through. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a significant remodel project.

<p>This job was scheduled for two days, work area was left after the second day....with numerous tiles installed not correctly by Mr. Porter. Two transition pieces, one installed wrong way and other did not match anything in the bathroom. Mr. Porter will install whatever he feels like or he has left over from other job. Paying customer he does not ask. Appointment, to correct tiles that got installed wrong by Mr. Porter, was set up for 5 WEEKS LATER, on a Saturday. Finally, 5 weeks later have arrived, and Mr. Porter shows up with NO MATCHING TILES. Customer has to wait again. <br /> <br /> And when Mr. Porter get's tired of working on your job, he will just walk away....as only the next job has more money waiting for him. <br /> <br /> Nothing we got promised from Sunrise Remodeling has come true, none of their advertising all over internet has come true for us, BE AWARE, LOOK UP ALL THE COMPLAINTS ONLINE FOR SUNRISE REMODELING...and hopefully you will not have to live with the headache/nightmare that we do.....finding somebody now, that will correct Mr. Porters mess. <br /> <br /> Our research has showed us, that Mr. Porter is a handyman with a city license that anybody can get. </p> <p>Sunrise Remodeling lost twice in court, Mr. Billy Porter and Mrs. Stephanie Porter NOT LEGALLY MARRIED :-) MUST PAY US $12.000.00 in damages and at this point it doesn't look like as they are interested in paying. No building permit at time of work, no plumber on side, no electrician on side...Mr. Billy Porter and Mrs. Stephanie Porter NOT LEGALLY MARRIED :-) will NOT HESITATE to put your home and the people living in it in danger. They absolutely don't care. Bad credit for both of them, as long as they live, as we will keep on top of it, as long as they haven't paid us $12.000.00, told by the arbitration court.</p> <p>Be warned and don't let them do to YOU what they did to US and our HOME. </p> <p><br /></p>

The crew was always punctual and polite and very professional. When there had to be a different time it was always easy to communicate and arrange a different time either for my convience or for the contrator because of supply problems or whatever. They enlarged my shower, moved my bathtub back and built a step to get into my whirlpool tub. They installed 3 shower heads in my shower and raised the sink counter with double bowl sinks and granite counter top. The tile work around my tub and in the shower is beautiful and we get compliments all the time.The work in the utility room it wonderful, he added a folding table and put in a laundry chute window from our closet into the laundry room, it is wonderful and makes doing laundry a breeze!! Billy did the tile work in the kitchen to match our exsisting back slash and it looks wonderful, again many compliments. They did a wonderful job painting in all areas of the home and cleaned up after every day's work. <br />
