Sunrooms Express did a wonderful job on our screened in patio. Barry was great to work with and always followed up promptly. His crew was very friendly and offered suggestions to make our area look great. We found him to be the most reasonably priced contractor with great quality. We would highly recommend him and his crew.

We were told by a couple of contractors that there was no way that anyone could build us a free-standing aluminum patio cover could be put at our house over our new concrete patio due to the sliding glass door location and the window location on one side of the house. We were told that a patio cover would definitely have to be attached to our house and could not be freestanding due to the location of one of our new porches that goes to the sliding glass door, the proximity of the sliding glass door to the edge of the house and the height of a window on the same wall. We were told that we would have to go with wood, which we did not want because of the continual maintenance required with a wooden structure. Barry, the owner, came out and told us it was possible and that they could do it. He and his workers were punctual and very informative on our options of insulated aluminum or aluminum of different thicknesses. Once the job was started, completion was quick (2 days) and they finished patio cover is absolutely gorgeous. The angle that they made the cover perfectly fits our odd-reqirements (not crossing over the window or the sliding glass doors) patio area and it's able to drain the water as it should. Not only did they meet our expectations, they exceeded them! They did a remarkably beautiful job and we are going to hire them again for more work and the next couple of weeks!! Also, the guys cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a scrap of anything behind. We are extremely satisfied!!!!!

We received 4 quotes for this job and Sunrooms Express came in the lowest. Also, there were lots of different options and possibilities and Barry, the owner, was the most flexible in what he could do and he was very quick to price the various options. He was also very accomodating. Our particular situation had some obstacles to overcome which seemed like a problem to a couple of the other companies which gave us quotes but were no problem for Sunroom Express because of Barry's broad experience as general contractor and the type of material they use. <br /> Originally there was some concern about the "pre-fab" look of the material (aluminum) and how it would fit in with our neighborhood, however with some ideas from Barry it turned out great and looks very classy. He was also very good about contacting and working with our subdivision homeowners' association to make sure the porch was within the bylaws of the assn. <br /> The men who did the actual construction were wonderful as well. Randy was very experienced, knowledgeable, skilled and had great attention to detail. He will either do it right or not at all. He and his co-worker were very prompt and consistent and it was finished very quickly. He also had some great ideas which we used. <br /> We would definitely recommend this company. <br />

Worst experience ever of any and all construction work obtained. It was supposed to have taken 10 days to complete and it took OVER 2 MONTHS for final completion and only 1 rain day accounted for. Will never recommend this group to anybody. It was literally one fiasco after another and continued until the very last day. DO NOT REFER AND TAKE AWAY THEIR SUPPOSED "A" RATING FROM ANGIE'S LIST.

I think we only had one bad day of weather. Even though we had problems with our house pitting the gable to the house, they went out and found bricks to batch-----no increase in the price. We. Had bamboo put down because we love it- all included. Barry, the own we was involved every step of the way. The Forman was on top of everything. All the workers were so professional. Our labradoodle, bunny loves to go through her front doggie door to the front porch then speed though the house and hop on her recliner to watch for birds and squirrels. We already have a fairly large but Sunrooms express made the sunroom look like its a part of it. We still aren't sure of the decor yet, I think once we enlarge our deck and get our teak out there, we can put our sunroom furniture out front new then we can design better. All are welcome to come by and see the work, remember, our yard is in progress. <br />

This group was awesome. Barry responded to my request for an estimate the day I inquired. He was at my house the next day and gave me an estimate before he left. He set us up with other individuals we could go and see other work he had done. We hired him and within 2 weeks the entire project was complete. Even though there were overruns, Barry held true to initial estimate and didn't charge me a penny more. As far as the work crew, Randy and David were awesome. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They did everything required and cleaned up everything when done. Doug the plumber and Hythm the floor and finish guy were awesome. Hythm spent 12 hours the other day doing all the floor and all the finishing touches. He called back the next day to make sure everything was okay. These guys delivered on everything promised and more. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. This was the way we always use to do business. Handshake with Barry is gold.

The initial work of building the enclosure was done quickly and efficiently, and was done well. The repair and painting of the patio slab was initially unsatisfactory and needed to be redone (at no added expense) with moderate delay. The run-off from the roof was not good and required 2 calls but was eventually taken care of. Barry Smith is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable!
