.The installation crew (4) were fantastic they were on time and in El Paso, TX thats rare. They worked professionally and got the job done in a timely fashion, in less time than they origanally estimated. they said it was because I had a brick house, but the way they worked had a lot to do with it. As you can tell I am very happy with my purchase! <br />

They gave an estimation for replacing the windows. They were on time. They showed the product. They were pressurizing us. Their price was fine.

They are very efficient, very thorough. They have good staff, they cleaned up after the work. They are easy to work with, if you have some request or any issue they respond at once. The windows that they install were really wonderful, it was heat resistant, if you stand infront of the door 105 degrees outside but you cannot feel the heat at all. They measured right the first time on everything and they do not have to go back and fix anything. And I wish I had my front door with thjem instead of Sears.
