Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. Sunshine Experts, LLC did a great job for us and we are very happy to recommend them when anyone asks us about our experience.

The installers are very polite, considerate young gentelmen and fast. There is no charge for installation and the experience has always been pleasant.

fantastic product, fantastic job. The men that did the work were great, very professional and friendly. They told us where the best place to put the solar tube to get the outcome that we wanted. And boy were they right. The end result was perfect. We used this company 25 years ago and still had a $25 coupon from that job and they honored it. We all kind of got a chuckle out of that.. Wonderfully. Jesus Hurtado is your guy. Awesome. One of the tubes was retrofitted into a existing roof/ceiling penetration where a chiminea and ducting had to be removed, and the hole enlarged; the other was new and included a solar powered night light. Very happy.

Everything went without a hitch. Store personnel and field installer (Jesus) were very courteous and efficient.

Install went well until a storm came through and the hurricane wind grade shade blew off our home. The company is taking no responsibility and we must pay the entire cost to repair. We paid $2800 for the original shade. Were told $3800 for replacement parts which we negotiated down to $2000. Owner won't give out number or email. Must go through general company phone or email. Very disappointed

Very thorough. The workmen were neat with their work.

The product and the installers were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very courteous. The company, the owner, the manager and the secretary are like keystone cops and couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. We paid the before the job was even started.. After the solar tubes were installed they informed us that the ones with vents had to have an electrician which added $450.00. Then one of the electrical panels would not work so we called and the secretary Rachel was rude to my electrician, They finished job after many errors but I would never use them again. They were referred by Tucson Electric Power and I have reported same to T.E.P. and Home Depot. I feel sorry for the installers because of the management and administrative staff stupidity.

Excellent the individual kept in contact with me to let me know he was to arrive that's customer service at it's finest. When he arrived he assed the job and said it would take 2 hours and it took exactly 2 hours. when he finished everything was cleaned.

Michael arrived with a smile & a few jokes! He was excellent in describing where best to put the tube. What to expert & then proceeded to install the tube in short order. Michael is all absolute delight-It was a pleasure to meet him. Great person! He should get A raise!
