Tim is a professional through and through. He asked for pictures of what I had in mind and built exactly what I wanted. He came early and was neat and meticulous throughout the process. I highly recommend him and have the utmost respect for his professionalism and skill.

We have used Tim on multiple occasions/projects on our house. Most recently he completed our kitchen remodel in 2021, but he also built two new decks for us in 2017 and did several small projects for us in 2019 (replacement windows and door in our basement). In each instance the craftsmanship was fantastic. Tim communicates openly and honestly throughout the process and is fairly priced. We would definitely use him again (as evidenced by the theee times we have hired him already).

Exceptional. There were many challenges due to a very small space with some unmovable features (toilet stack), and a chimney in a key wall. The basic layout was original to the (1930s) house and not convenient for modern living. Tim did a total gut and then implemented a layout that maximized the existing space. What had been a cramped and inefficient space now is a beautiful efficient en-suite with a delightful shower and luxurious underheated flooring. Tim maintained clear communication throughout the process. He was patient and courteous when we presented our ideas and helped guide us to best solutions for the space. We also appreciate Tim working so cleanly and efficiently throughout the project. No raised or angry voices, debris cleared away timely, Tim treated our property as if it was his own.
