Excellent service!

Trimmed our overgrown mulberry tree that was leaning onto the roof, and the neighbor's yard. They came once and trimmed, we decided the next day to pay for a few more branches removed, and they came back promptly that week. Price was reasonable both times--sorry, can't remember what we paid, but it was lower than other tree guys. We'll hire again when this giant mulberry gets too big again.

I called to have them come out some time after the coupon expired, still the owner would not even entertain the idea of coming out to take a look to give me a quote. He told me to call Angie’s List for a refund. Angie’s List told me that the coupon had expired & that my only option was to go back to the merchant. I explained what he’d said & they offered to reach out to him. He did not respond. So basically I paid for a service that he didn’t have to perform & no one was “able” to refund my money. Great system!

We have been working with Sunshine for a few years now, and at first they were great, but Johnny's stopped coming by each to check on things and was completely unresponsive. Our yard which once looked good is now half brown. I had to patch some areas in the front myself. I would not recommend for anything but "mow & blow" (his son's do that and are reliable).

Great. They did the job I paid them for. I'll call them again when the trees grow out.

Great. These guys definitely know what they are doing and they work hard. Not the least expensive, but worth paying to get the job done correctly.

They did a good but not a great job. I ended up hiring another company later who did a much better job.

Johnny and his employees did a fantastic job. It was a lot of work and they worked very hard. I was quite impressed.

Unfortunately I have to amend my previous review. The actual yard work was really good. HOWEVER, when Juan (Johnny) showed up for the work, I asked him to not set down "hot equipment" on the fake grass, since it would melt it. He said he was already aware of that. There are at least 7 very visible burned spots on my $17,000 investment. I'm really bummed out. I texted him about it and his response was, "I'm sorry if they (his workers) didn't I told him to be careful and they say they will." The cost to fix the grass is over $1500.

Went well. Original Angie's list cost was $229.00 for 4 labor hours. Paid $650.00 additional for extra labor hours and to haul tree away. It was a very large tree and took nearly all day to remove.

It took a long time to get them to respond and make appointment. Then, not only they were very late, they did not do the work, b/c the lead person said they do not have their tall ladder with them! So he made another appointment for later date to bring right size ladder. They came on Monday 28 Aug 17, sometime PM, when I was not home. I did tell him I need to be there when U come to make sure they remove all the dead branches, but they did not call me ahead of time. They came and cleaned one tree and just left the others undone! then called me and said they are done!! I called and texted them to get them come back and finish the job, but got no response! This is a complete rip off. I am 100% sure that cleaning only one palm tree and taking a few dead branches and removing the berries DOES NOT take 4 hrs!! cleaning one tree is about 100,00 not almost 300.00. I will try to get a refund for part of the job not done.

Great, they called to say they would be a little later than anticipated but were still within the window they originally agreed to. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. I was very impressed and would use them again.

It was well done - just what I needed done.  They got it done within the period of time  that we had agreed on.  That was fine.

EXCELLANT, Juan was true to his word. We felt valued, they are super clean, prompt, you did not even know they were there. I had them do extra work too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I will use again and again.

They did an exceptional job! They trimmed shrubberies as I requested and they even moved things around so they could do the shrubberies correctly. I was so surprised and very pleased. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again if needed.

Never performed. Contractor no longer works for Angie's List. Since no work was performed, Angie's List did provide me a full refund.
