They did a good job but the scheduling was a problem.  They were scheduled to come at 1 PM.  They arrived at 11 AM.  I had to leave for an appointment at 11:30 and they couldn't get the job done before I left.  If they didn't do then they would not be able to come back until July.  Fortunately I wanted them to clean the windows in the sunroom and we could lock the the rest of the house so they only had access to the sunroom.  They were about half way done when I had to leave.  When I got back at 1 PM they were done and everything was in good shape. <br />

Generally the windows look good. It's a job I didn't want to have to do myself, so I was glad when this Big Deal came up. <br /> The day of the window washing I thought all was going well. A few days later when the sun shone in, the windows in the living-room area were noticeably streaked.  I know the washing began there, and the sun was shining in at the time. (I had wondered if it would be better to start where the windows were in the shade at that time of day, but then I thought that I should just let them do their work.) <br />   <br /> We've had many sunny days since then, so I'm quite aware of how those particular windows look. (Others are fine.) I feel some responsibility; I know I could have called them back, but I didn't.I  Instead I feel somewhat bad about this review I'm writing. <br /> <br /> <br />

Once I connected with Russell, it went fine.  However, it was very challenging to schedule this Big Deal.  He seems like a very nice person who just got overwhelmed with the response.  I would use him again. <br />

They showed up on time. Washed windows from the inside and outside of the house. Were very pleasant. They went about their work and were gone in an hour. It couldn't have worked out better. <br />

The team consisted of two men.  They were very professional and efficient.   It took them approx. 1-1/2 to 2 hours max to clean 25 windows.  We will have them back next year.  Very pleased. <br />

Russell and Max arrived on time and went right to work. Started at 8:30 and left at about noon. Due to my request (heavy rain forecast for next few days). They agreed to do the inside windows and the exterior ones next week. They did a very thorough job, were polite, neat (think booties over their shoes) and detail oriented. I highly recommend them and will use them again. <br />

I purchased a big deal & made multiple attempts to contact them via Angieslist & by calling their listed phone phone #. I never received a call back or any other communication.

He arrived on time, and called before he came to see if I wanted him as it was raining. I said fine and he arrived right away. He is a great guy to work with and will use him again next year <br />

All went according to plan. They knew I had to leave the house by a certain time, and they worked quickly/efficiently, and were done on time.   Windows look great!  They were both very professional inside the house, moving things in front of windows, and then putting things back, as they finished each set of windows.  Very pleased with them, and the results! <br />

Great attitude.  Even though he had to work around the clutter in the house and get to hard to reach windows - delivered what he had promised. <br /> I would highly recommend using Russel for your window cleaning needs.  If you haven't had your windows and screens cleaned in the past - I recommend it! <br />
