Unbelievable they are the best,We live in another state and from the day we contacted them for a estimate to the day the job was complete it was perfect. Troy,Lacy &Brien and his crew did a fantastic job from pulling the permit to the installation to the final inspection I couldn’t ask for anything else. 5/8/20 My co-worker recommended Sunstate fence, she said that they were reasonable and friendly. I called and made an appointment for a quote and Troy arrived. He was polite and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and called to keep me informed of the process. We completed all the documents electronically (easy). Bryan came over a week later to measure and flag the area. He was very nice and professional. The installers that came over to do the installation were awesome! Luis Lopez did an excellent job. He was professional, and knew what he was doing. He communicated every step of the process, he cleaned up the area and even advised me that he would return on Saturday to finish the job. It was really hot out and Luis worked with maybe one break throughout the day. Luis payed attention to detail and it shows. Great Job Luis! Thank you SunState Fence for sending out Bryan and Luis Lopez our installer. They did an amazing job. We are very happy with the installation. We will be recommending your company to friends and family. We will advise them to ask specifically for these two hard working gentlemen.

My perimeter fence was partially installed in 2015 - and finished in 2016 - Brian was the sales rep - a few time over the years Sunstate was asked to come back and do some levelling and additional work - which was paid for by me - I recently asked them to come back and do 2 small jobs but was told that based on our past experience, they couldn't do the job - what ? past experience ? every job that wasn't under warranty was paid for - Brian contacted me and tried to explain this " past experience " issue - but not to my surprise he didn't make any sense whatsoever - Sunstate is acting like I owe them money - if Sunstate doesn't want my money then why not just say " we don't want your money " and that would be the end of it - communication is the key - not conjecture and innuendo leaving the customer to wonder what's really the problem ? I will gladly give this job to another fence contractor - so Sunstate gets a well deserved F for dismal customer service - buyers beware -

Sunstate installed my fence about 6 years ago, they did an excellent job. I broke 3 pieces of my fence. I called Sunstate for replacement of the three pieces. Vanessa, the office manager, was extremely helpful. She found the three pieces that I needed the next day after I called her, she did not even charge me for the pieces. I am very satisfied with Sunstate Fence.

This is by far the best company I have used since moving down here. Very responsive and helpful from office staff to estimator to actual fence installers. They did everything they were supposed to do, on time and very quality work and materials . I can't wait for them to start on my next fencing project. They will not disappoint you!!!!!!

Sunstate, while not the cheapest, was the most responsive and professional from start to finish. Some other fencing companies promised to provide quotes but never showed up. At least one gave a quote on the phone without seeing my property. One told me vinyl was too expensive and I should go with metal and, for some, the job was too small. This was a relatively small job covering less than 50 feet -- the space left after my neighbor installed a backyard fence. I am definitely pleased with the quality of the job the installers, Johnny and Jeremy, did and would certainly use this company again, should the need arise.

I had such a positive experience with Sunstate Fence. The estimate was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. The process and work to be done was explained well and the job was executed and completed as ordered, and again very quickly. This makes Sunstate a GOOD company. Now let me tell you why they are a GREAT company. Through a miscommunication between me and my spouse (as things sometimes go) I noticed on the second day of work that the fencline was not running as far along the house as I had intended. I freaked! This was no small project for us. We had saved for this for a long time. I needed it to be perfect. I called Sunstate to explain, ready to beg and plead my case even though the work was already, almost complete. Vanessa, who took my call, didn’t even let me go into my pathetic spiel. She said, “You’re our customer. We’ll take care of you.” I could have cried, I was so happy and relieved to hear those words. Our project handler, Troy was amazing. He called me back within a day to hash out what needed to be done. They finished the main job and enclosed it so we and our two dogs could enjoy the yard while they ordered the extra materials. What for many would have been ‘too small’ of a side job to bother with and would have blown me off; Sunstate was there and it really has meant the world to me. Thank you guys so much! So if you’re looking around and comparing, give Sunstate a call for your free quote. Then breathe a sigh of relief; the hardest part is now over. Sit back and get ready to enjoy your new fence ?.

Bryan was very prompt getting back to me and keeping me informed. I was told it would be 4-5 weeks for installation, they were there in less then 2 weeks. Installers were very efficient and neat.

The job went smoothly from beginning to end. I am very pleased with our fence it looks great and its a beautiful addition to the upgrades we are doing to our house. Very polite and friendly team both in and out of the office, I would definitely recommend them to a friend. We had a ratty old chain link fence when we moved in and WOW what a difference . See pictures below.

Jay was great! He worked with me every step of the way. The install was made more difficult between the time of the estimate right after Hurricane Irma (because my neighbor behind me decided to install a chain link fence) and the install time. Jay worked with me to have the panels pre-fabed and slid into place since code required the boards to be on the outside. You can't nail on boards through a chain link fence! Well worth the wait....everything looks great!

Three-man crew showed up on time and quickly removed about 200 feet of old fence in one day, placed posts. Returned next day and installed new fence, finishing in one day. Crew had to deal with an existing concrete pad for gateway with nonstandard-sized gate and came back the next week to install after parts were obtained. Overall, work is well done and the various workers were courteous, efficient and timely. I was left with a little smoothing of soil along the fence posts and picking up some shrub trimmings. One note, a machete is not the most efficient tool for trimming shrubs. Only problem I've found is with the quality of the fence boards -- I've already seen a couple cracks starting.

We had to wait a couple of months because of the backup with hurricane repairs but it was well worth the wait. The workers we’re very professional and the quality of the fence was outstanding.

Work was sub out. After the permit was pulled the guy who came to mark the gates and fence realized that 80 ft of fence was not included in estimate. That meant an addition 800 dollars more than I was quoted. Could have save over a thousand dollars going with the sub-contractor. Was not happy with the way the poles where being set with the cement. Poles where not very sturdy. Had to come back and reset poles and fix gates. Now that he fence has been installed for a few months. Hurricane Irma has come threw and now the fence poles that where reset are leaning. Wanted to charge more than 1200 dollars to fix the poles and gate. I would have paid 400 to 500 dollars.
