Very well - the initial contact with the company president was very thorough and informative. The price was reasonable, and the film came from a well-known company. The installer was on time, did a very thorough job with a minimum of mess and we are very satisfied with the result.

The process was professional. Called for an appoitment and the sales rep called to set up an appointment. He arrived and spent 30-45 minutes going over the house, then the options for tinting including using samples large enough to give us an idea of the effect. We went with two levels due to the sun and the view from the street. Darker on the sides and back of the house lighter on the street side. The lighter is barely noticeable from the street but does the job well. In addition to cutting down heat and glare we liked the idea that the film gives the windows a bit more strength if they are hit by wind/branches or bad guys. The single workman arrived on time and spent nearly the entire day installing the film. He was very professional, neat and pleasant and there were a lot of windows to do. We have noticed the difference quickly as the back of our house is nearly all glass. Also without the direct sunlight the AC doesn't come on as often. Very pleased.

Let's see - where to start. It really started with the estimate, which was done by the owner. He was punctual, considerate, listened to my questions - as in really listened. And left me with an honest estimate. The work was scheduled for today (3/17/16). The two technicians were on time, and very, very organized. The work covered a span of two hours and they worked the entire time. They protected the floor and at the end cleaned up completely. I would not have known they had been there - well - had it not been for the stunning window tinting. I absolutely recommend Sun Tech Glass Tinting and will be using them again in the not too distant future!! <br />

We had frosted privacy film installed on a newly installed sliding door and it looks great. It lets plenty of light in, but gives complete privacy. The installation was skillfully and professionally done. <br />

Responsiveness: The owner followed up swiftly when we made initial contact. This style continued throughout the project. They were excellent at assuring me about what would happen, by whom, and when. <br /> Professionalism: <br /> o Business--Performed a thorough review of our requirements and offered excellent options to address our technical and pricing needs. For example, he took great care to make sure that the film a) would cause the most minimal color distortion, and b) would match the tint on newer windows on the house. He provided a clear, estimate onsite and scheduled the service immediately. Very reliable in communication. Very reliable in doing what they promised when they promised it. <br /> o Installation?Excellent. The installer worked well and fast. They were very good at protecting the window frames and sills and all other parts of the home. <br /> o Integrity?I think the true test of a service provider is how they handle problem situations. We?re all human and occasionally issues can occur. An unexpected and very, very unusual thing happened soon after the installation: one of the filmed windows developed a crack. This never happens. Sun Tech was completely available and responsive, and moved swiftly to have the situation assessed for warranty coverage (it was covered). The pane was replaced and the window re-tinted at no charge to us. No problems have occurred since. <br /> Pricing: The price was fair. It was neither rock-bottom, nor was it ridiculously high (as another estimate was). The price was fair to perform good work. Luckily, that?s exactly what we received. <br /> I can definitely see why the company received the good reviews and I am happy to add my positive experience to the list. I would definitely recommend Sun Tech Glass Tinting to anyone considering such a project. <br /> About us: We are both business people and have worked hard for what we have. Steve came by to measure my windows. After he was done, he used his tablet to send me an email with a PDF invoice for the services, which included all of the window measurements and costs. I was really impressed with the company's cost transparency, since I had another window tinting company come out before and they only provided me with an invoice - and not the window measurements. The installers came on time and were very professional. The installation took place on 1/7. On 1/15 I received an email with a paid invoice acknowledgement and information regarding a government tax credit. On 1/23, I received an email with the tag "Huper Optik Warranty Registration Confirmation." Overall I am very satisfied. <br />

The owner originally came out and took measurements. On the day of installation my appt was scheduled for 12:30 pm. I took off work for the enitre day. The technician didn't arrive until almost 2pm!! Of course I was furious, but I made the best of it, because it was very hot in my home and plus I had already paid half of the services prior. Overall the work was good. <br />

Steve came to our house on time to give us a quote. He had several types to choose from. We wanted something that would reduce the solar energy on the East and West sides of the house but was not noticeable. We found one that met our needs and set up an install date. The installer showed up on time and did an excellent job. He finished in a couple of hours and his job included two windows that had 12 panes each. <br /> I waited until now (6/28) to write a review because I wanted to see how much they would help in full summer sun. They have not disappointed. Even though it is hard to notice that we have tint on our windows, they have done a fine job of reducing the amount of heat that enters our house. Our windows are single pane glass and this tint has been a cheaper alternative to changing out the windows to help our energy bill. <br />

This business is owned and operated by Steve Meyers and his wife. I called and requested that a representative come to our home (in West University), in order to give us estimates for all windows facing east and facing west in our house. We've had a difficult time cooling the house, especially the second floor, since we moved in, six years ago. Steve's wife was very responsive; Steve came out the next day. He showed me a range of samples and gave us a range of prices. He was familiar with building codes in West University; therefore, he knew the types of window film that would not be allowed by West University code enforcement. <br /> We gave Steve a deposit of one/half of the proposed total. We scheduled a three-hour installation time period, which took place a few days from our meeting. His installer was prompt, courteous, careful, clean, and efficient. The results were very pleasing: the solar film fit snugly on the inside of our windows. Suddenly, our home had a soft, diffused, cool look in each room! We liked the results so much that we had ALL the windows treated with the same solar film! Again, the work was done by the same installer in a prompt, efficient, professional, careful manner. <br /> We're waiting to see the effect this much-needed service has on our electric bills this summer. Steve Mayer and his crew with Sun Tech were prompt, patient and totally professional. Steve showed up on time for the estimate and was courteous and patiently answered all our questions.
