We were given two hundred dollars less price for the whole house, but Mr. Steve told me that they other company will make your house like a mirror from outside in the morning and inside in the evening. Let me install the better one for $200 more. Later on we found that some other companies are doing it even more cheaper, but we still selected Sun Tech. They also recommended to change one mirror that was a little loose, other companies told me they can fix it with silicone, even the mirror repair guy said that you don't need to replace it for $165 just get it properly glued, but Sun Tech would not apply tint unless it's replaced. Now as you can see that the windows really look like a mirror, and we have spent way more than what other companies were charging. We really regret our decision.

"We recommended a lighter film so customer didn't have a mirror look, and customer wanted darker than what we recommended. Sun Tech will not install film on a piece of glass that is loose in the frame. It's unsafe and not proper installation. We did not state the window needed to be replaced, just repaired which would be to have a glass company silicone the window. Customer was left with the sample we recommended and the darker one to look at. Customer chose the darker film and wanted an even less expensive price after the appointment. We strive to educate our customers so they can make the right film choice for them but can not control their ultimate decision."

It took a bit longer than even the installer expected. Fine job but they should have had two installers. Excellent response and very professional work.

"We never know how easy or hard film will be to remove on windows. In your case, the film was coming off in tiny pieces so it took longer. What should have been a 4 hour job took 6. We did complete the job in the same day as we scheduled. We are sorry if we inconvenienced you. Glad you're happy with the new film!"

We had a full panel of windows facing west tinted. Steve really knows his craft and his expertise is unmatchable. We felt very comfortable putting our trust in him for a job that is quite an undertaking and can be expensive. We thought the price to be very fair. The men who did the job were polite and professional. Now we are enjoying the benefits; a cooler home, lower A/C bill and less wash-out as one looks out to the view, which is now more vibrant. Can's say enough how happy we were with the results.
