Dennis was suggested to us by a friend of mine. We got in contact with him and he came to our house to work on what we wanted done and offer suggestions in a very professional and expert way. He answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We are more than pleased with the work done and can highly recommend Super Floor Store and Remodeling Center if you need any remodeling done to your residence.

I could not say enough great things about Dennis and his team at Super Floor Store and Remodeling. I called for a quote after having three other companies bid on remodeling two bathrooms. Dennis came out and looked at our bathrooms, took his time and made lots of suggestions I had not even thought of. He then had me go to his store to look at all of my product options. He had an absolutely beautiful showroom with lots to choose from. Given the limited, low-quality product options given by two other chain bathroom remodeling companies and one other local company, I was blown away. I picked out my wishlist for a complete remodel of both bathrooms and held my breath when Dennis gave me my quote. It ended up being half the price of the other 3 companies. I asked him how he could do that and he simply replied, “I don’t price-gouge people”. One month later and I still walk into my bathrooms and can’t believe how gorgeous they are!

I recently had all the floors in my house replaced with porcelain tile. Dennis from Super Floor Store sent Jorge and his crew to do the job. They were amazing!! They worked around us and my 2 dogs, moving furniture and getting the job done efficiently and professionally. I’m very impressed with this quality job!

Shawn and his team did an excellent job converting our tub and shower to one large walk in shower. Shawn was very helpful through the entire process and the project turned out better than anticipated. They were very respectful of our property, being sure to cover floors and place plastic barriers to help with any dust. My husband and I are thrilled with the end results and will absolutely use them again for future projects. Thank you!

Shawn, with Super Floor Store, did a fantastic job of bathtub to shower conversion in two of our bathrooms. The quality of the work was over-the-top terrific. Beyond that the cost of the project was tremendous and was done well within the projected time frame. In fact we got a bid from another company that was $20K more than the Super Floor Store. We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful. Super Floor Store also replaced the flooring in one of our bedrooms and did an equally super job.

The team assigned, although only one worker and one supervisor, did an excellent job managing the installation of used, but like new, carpet in two bedrooms. They checked that we were happy with the install and cleaned up after themselves.

We had an excellent first time experience. The installers showed up on time, explained how the process would work, answered our questions and then did an excellent job of completely removing the damaged wood plank and replacing it. They were careful in our home and left things cleaner than they found them. We’ll definitely use them again.

Wonderful. I had the most talented carpet repair technician EVER. I defy anyone to see where he patched my carpet after a pet had an accident. I highly recommend this company!!

Dennis did whatever he could to make us happy, efficient, fast delivery of vinyl flooring on their end that was needed for my floor so that they could come install the vinyl and remove the carpet. Kept in contact to make sure everything was going according to plan and no confusion. What he says is what he does. Very knowledgeable and much experience. Once he came into the bedrooms and master closet to measure, he knew off the top of his head the estimates needed and found the exact flooring in the blink of an eye. Other companies were dishonest and charging double or even triple than Super Floor Store. I am very happy with the job and with the service! Thank you Dennis!! We’ll do business again for sure!

Very courteous service. Staff very communicative and timeliness was their strength. Provided input in every which way to manage cost. Great prices. I am very pleased and will not only use them repeatedly but will refer them to friends and family without hesitation.

When it came to the actual remodeling work, the two crews from SFS&RC were top-notch. They were punctual, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. The work was completed in a timely manner, even though there was a slight delay in the material delivery from the warehouse. We had a tight window to work (1 week) SFS&RC made it happen and accomplished the work in 7 days! Cathleen at SuperFloorStore was able to beat a competitor's pricing on some flooring we needed to have installed. While we didn't expect to have them install so quickly, Dennis was able to get it installed just days after the order was placed. I will definitely call on SFS for our future jobs.
