The price was by far the lowest, but it increased by $900 during the work (over 10% of the original cost). Some was justified, but we felt there may be a pattern here that other potential customers should watch out for. John White (our contact person) was forever pointing out problems with previous work that he had to compensate for, which resulted in extra work and extra cost. Some was obvious (e.g. $150 for a slightly larger privacy fence than what was originally agreed to), but some was not. What we didn't care for was the fact that he gave us the bill AFTER the work was done, rather than giving us a heads up beforehand

Great railing design for a challenging slope. The prefab RDrailing was installed per the instructions of the product. However, more support brackets need to be installed for to firm up the railing bar. The technicians were very knowlegable and on time working between the challenging rainy days.

Left grit in bathtub. He was later than he said he would be. I would not recommend him because of the cost, about double what I thought it should be. All he had to do was drill 6 holes and screw in the safty bar.

"Super Handyman always cleans up when we are finished, however we don't clean debris that is exists before we arrive as in this case. It is true we may have arrived later in the day then we said we would this is because he needed us to squeeze this appointment in that day because the customers father was coming home from the hospital and needed this grab bar This customer was explained our rates before we ever scheduled an appointment and he was only charged the one hour minimum rate."

Prior to the electrician coming to my house, I partially installed the new fan to see if the problem was with the fan or with the electricity. I was able to determine that it was an electrical issue. The electrician arrived on time and within five minutes he was able to determine that my wall switch was faulty. He replaced the switch and spent nearly the majority of the time reattaching the fan blades. He worked very slowly and ended up spending nearly two hours to complete the job. He billed me for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The switch replacement ended up costing me $250. That's an expensive fan installation.

"He was informed that Super Handyman LLC uses a licensed electrician to repair any and all faulty wiring. He was also told that there is a two hour minimum on electrical work and the cost was $75 per hour plus a $25 service call fee, add the cost of material and the bill was $250.00. All of this was explained prior to us coming to do the work. He also had fan parts misplaced, taking us longe"

I needed to have a outside shutter repaired on my townhome. Mr. White was very responsive. Due to the weather the first appointment had to be rescheduled. Mr. White contacted me in a very timely manner and worked with me regarding the rescheduled date. His team was on time completed the work and the cost was appropriate to the repair needed. I will be using Super Handyman, LLC for other projects in the future and I would not hesitate to reccomend this business
