Great, came within 2 hours on a Saturday!?

Went fine. Just wish the repairman was a little more vocal about what he was doing and what caused my issues. But instead was told to call the office and they will explain. Which left me befuddled.

Great service, timely and diagnosed perfectly. Came back with parts quickly and made the fixes. Very good service provider and will definitely use again.

Warning: use this company at your own risk. Here's what they did to me: From 2005 through 2010 "Superior Appliance" did service on my air conditioner. They were recommended to me by the home insurance "HMS warranty" that I had at the time. The problem was that my air conditioner leaked freon all the time. After not finding the leak the 2nd time that they came out, Superior Appliance recommended the replacement of both inside and outside units. The freon leak continued, and Superior Appliance continued to put more freon into the unit on an almost yearly basis. After 5 years of this, I tried a different repair outfit, who immediately found the leak, which was located in the attic. cost me at least $1055.00 for all the invoices that i had to pay to you for all the times that you came out, and plus to the deductable of the homeowner's policy (at least $200) for the new air conditioner inside and outside units. not to mention the time that i had to take off work to be at home for the numerious visits.

Repair went well. Job well done.

Very timely and professionally done at a reasonable price. He knew what the problem was, happened to have the correct part and did all the work in about 1-2 hours.

A very nice young man came to my door. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to get it fixed rather quickly. I was very impressed with how things went. I will definitely use the services again.

The serviceperson checked the refrigerator, determined what was wrong, ordered a new control panel, came back a week later and installed it. Also noticed a small leak I did not know about. Ordered the part and installed it when he returned. Refrigerator now works fine. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Employees seemed to know what they are doing.

The fan in the freezer section needed to be replaced. After totally defrosting the refrigerator everything is back to normal.

He was very professional, quick , and clean. Fixed my dryer. Was a little late and apologized for not letting me know. I may or may not have left a grumpy voicemail. But, he did still come even after business hours to make it right. Thank you

Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again.

They were able to set up the appointment quickly, and Bill came out right on time (actually a little early after calling me). I had tried repairing the unit myself by replacing a door switch, but his diagnosis determined that it was one of the other door switches which was failing. He replaced it and so far it's working fine. My only disappointment was that the Angie's list site said there was a $60 trip charge, but I was charged $80. He explained that it's been $80 for a while, so not sure how the site did not get updated. When comparing companies to come out, that's an important factor and needs to be right.

Service tech was very efficient, knew what to look for, went right to work, diagnosed problem and offered two options.

He arrived on time and he did an excellent job very fast and efficient service. He was polite and very professional.

Everything went well! We were having an issue with our refrigerator cooling and called Superior Appliance Service of Indy to come out for a diagnostic test.

Superior came at the beginning of their target window. They patiently explained what they were doing, did it, and cleaned up afterward. What sealed my appreciation, though, is when they offered to come back next week and fix the outside vent. That was above and beyond what I had asked.

Serviceman arrived on time and promptly listened to me explain my problem. I had also purchased the part to repair it ahead of time. After checking the dryer he informed me that the very expensive part I had purchased would not be needed and hope I could get my money back. He fixed my dryer checked my washer and gave me extra safety tips for my appliances and my house. No fee for these tips just good service to a customer. Service call and repair was cheaper than the part I purchased.

They fixed it. It’s been 5 days and no more water leaking onto the floor.

The technician fixed the problem (both times). In both cases, the clothes dryer would not heat. The first time, the technician came and fixed it by changing a coil (I think). The dryer broke again. The technician came back and fixed some other problem that was causing the dryer not to heat.

Great I will use again

The work was done on time and professionally. We are completely satisfied with the work performed.
