BEST PRICE BY FAR —. BEST STAFF — BEST STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT …. FAST AND CONCISE ALSO. I’m a very successful author and unfortunately rather young widow in Southwest Florida, Riviera dunes Marina resort specifically in Palmetto, Florida. After Martin, the lineup at our million dollar homes was extensive beyond belief… The physical fights on my front lawn to get my business blew my mind. I can’t count the roof salesman that got in here from one account and then solicited every possible house they could after they got through our gates… And it was extremely hard to tell who was telling the truth, who is not, who is being a pig or who is being a hog. They say pigs, get fat and hogs get slaughtered. I actually was passing kidney stones through this whole event of them and I just can’t describe the agony I was in Well, even trying to vet a roofer. I finally picked who 5 of my neighbors picked Mainly because they guiled us by putting all our tarps up first. And of course, everybody is hoping to get a little Side money. I think it’s almost human nature at this point to feel that the husband’s got a good “deal.” So nobody really wanted to share too much with anybody else. But three GM Roofing lied to me… They were not local and they were out of winter park. The bill started at 54,000 but when they walked in for the actual signing, it went up to 75,000. Superior Built Caught me at the right time and they weren’t even in the fray. Later all the neighbors compared and found out that they paid $140,000 for each of their roofs on average and they were throwing up when they found out I only paid 52,000 and that there were no tricks. I was amazed at their service when they told me the service day I first saw two pallets come in of concrete and clay tile roofing… And I just out of curiosity asked one of the foreman if that was all the pallets and he said no there’s 16 more coming! I think it was Only then I understood that that 60,000 pound roof was certainly absolutely worth more than I was paying for it. And the owners were so humble of superior built. I know Adam was one son’s name. I never really caught the father‘s name that owned the company, But I managed to super upset him during a huge misunderstanding. Other roofers are still stressing me out and banging on my door as I was finishing passing the kidney stones I was spiraling into a diabetic ketosis death spiral. I hadn’t had any real sugar in a week so I couldn’t understand why my sugar was going for 300 to 400 to 500… And it was just simply the sheer stress! In between going back-and-forth to the emergency room to get insulin and hydrated for four days… The owner of superior but couldn’t really understand what the heck I was doing and why I wouldn’t answer him… He just thought I was hiding in my bed and never gonna pay him or something. I am so so very sorry of all the misunderstanding and I just can’t begin to apologize enough. So I’m not writing this just because I’m sorry about how my behavior appeared. I’m ready because they were like the best deal by far it did allow me extra money to do other improvements the hurricane caused… And their equipment blew my mind. I’m gonna try to load up some photos because they had nice hydraulic equipment and most importantly I was the only resident that did not have one paver broken!!! After 3 AM had the nerve to charge my neighbors $140,000. Everyone of my neighbors had smashed driveways paver bricks and were told to get lost by that winter park company… With other things, broken and smashed. They must’ve made half $1 million on my street and will probably never see them again for any warranty. Hopefully all my neighbors will now use superior build who can work way beyond Fort Myers Florida trust me anywhere Florida they can schedule in give you the best price not stress you out just don’t stress them out and they’re very patient about the money they were up my face about the money. Most of my problem is my mortgage company who had very little to do this Love, trying to hold all the money. Xoxo

Great company! Super easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and did an awesome job. The crew was quick, respectful, and cleaned everything up before they left. My roof looks great and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done. The quality of the work exceeded expectations.
