We had a great experience with Superior Chimney out of Lombard. Setting up our appointment over the phone was very easy, the representative was kind, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I was especially happy that the technicians were able to come out just days after I called. When they arrived, the technicians were professional, quick, and very respectful of our home. They brought tarps and booties to keep everything clean and worked efficiently. Best of all, the repairs were able to be completed the same day. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Superior Chimney!

Superior Chimney came to our house next day after water was coming into our fireplace down the chimney. Came and gave a free quote which was extremely well communicated and provided pictures to show the issues we were having. We needed to replace our caps as well as new waterproofing on our chase cover. Repairs were able to be completed immediately. Extremely happy with the service and felt cost was very fair. Would recommend for service
