Superior is a great service. This is the second time we have used them. Scheduling is easy, and Aaron is very dependable. This is truly dry carpet cleaning, which we appreciate with an elderly person in the house 24/7. You can walk on the carpet right away. Organic is also important to us, as we have a person with allergies. Aaron worked by himself this time and was thorough and respectful of our home. We will definitely be calling Superior again!

We hired Superior Choice for our home because we wanted a totally organic cleaning service - not partial like some vendors. Superior was excellent for communication via phone & emails. We cleaned several old small handmade rugs & 3 older carpets that were room size. The rugs were handled with care & the dry cleaning process was impressive. There also were no odors for the chemically sensitive family member. We like the fact that our home received AAA treatment & highly recommend Superior Choice!

From the beginning we had a great experience. Since I suffer from allergies I was looking for an organic and "allergy" friendly process to clean our rugs. Felistus was very professional in returning my call in a timely manner. She gave me the requested information about their services answered all of my questions and was able to book an appointment very soon that worked into my schedule. Aaron, one of the owners of the company, called 15 minutes early to let me know he was near and assessed what needed to be cleaned once he arrived. He was very personable and gave me advice and suggestions on how to maintain our rugs. We are very pleased with the outcome...no wet rugs, heavy fumes to breathe for days on in. All looks clean and smells great too!

The dry cleaning method of cleaning carpets is definitely the way to go!! My carpets came out beautifully and were not even wet. I loved the fact that you could walk on them almost instantly and didn't have to wait 12 to 24 hours for them to dry. Jamar was the technician and took the time to explain the entire procedure to me. Add to the fact, that the cleaning product itself was biogradable and 100% organic. I highly recommend this form of carpet cleaning and would use it again. Even my husband was pleased!

After, doing some research on carpet cleaning I was excited to find a company that uses an organic method to clean rather than the traditional method. I am pleased I chose Superior Choice 100% Organic Dry Carpet Cleaning instead of the known commercial carpet cleaning companies. From the beginning with scheduling to the end with the cleaning, the staff was professional and accommodating. When Aaron came out to do the cleaning he fully explained the process and was happy to meet any request I made. He made it clear that the customer being happy was his goal. He was meticulous about cleaning and made sure to clean every room thorougly. I did not have to wait hours for the carpet to dry it dried immediately after cleaning and there was a visible difference in the carpet afterwards. Aaron did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with his work, professionalism, expertise and price. I will never go back to having my carpets cleaned by other companies who use harsh, toxic chemicals. Aaron's company uses organic, plant-based products that actually cleaned better than anyone else I have used in the past. It went great! I had 2 serious stains on my light beige carpets. Last year my landlord had someone clean them and he didn't do a great job and the spots just got worse. When Aaron, one of the owners saw the spots he said he wasn't sure if he could get them out but he'd try his best. He went above and beyond and got them out completely! He was professional and friendly. I love the dry method and it smells fresh and clean. I highly recommend them.
