Shawn from Superior Door Service came out to my property, inspected both garage doors, gave me information on how to care for them, then noticed a cable fraying. He was able to locate the right replacement cable (a bit more difficult due to the age of my doors) and came back to put the new cable on. He was professional, easy to communicate with and easy to schedule appointments with. I would recommend his business.

The phone contact with Superior Door Service was prompt, and courteous. There was some miscommunication about an appointment but it worked out well in the end. Shaun, the owner, inspected the garage door springs and tried opening and closing the garage door several times and determined an adjustment was all that was needed. we agreed to the estimate and work to be done. The adjustment was done quickly for both sides of the door once again testing the door for balance and if the springs had enough tension. All through this process Shaun explained to me what was being done and why. He answered other questions I had regarding the springs and hardware politely and knowledgeably. The garage door definitely works better now than it has in years. The service call was quick, worked fast and more than a reasonable price for the work done. We appreciated Shaun honesty and not selling us something we didn't need. Would hire again and recommend to others. Thank you Shaun and Superior Door Service!

Shawn was very responsive. Gave us a quote over the phone after I described the problem. The price was very reasonable. Showed up the next day at the agreed time slot. Did the replacement and took time to explain every step of the process. Also found the springs previously installed were the wrong size and corrected the problem by using a heavier gauge product. Very professional and knowledgeable. He struck us as an honest person.

Same day service, arrived precisely on time. Replaced broken door spring and a couple other minor door issues, quickly and at a great price.

Maybe I had some loose wires. The door doesn't work right. He showed up in a cr*ppy little truck smoking a cigarette.

Another local company replaced a broken spring recently.  After that, the door did not close all the way on one side.  I had them back out and they said it could not be made to close completely.  I contacted Superior Door Service and he immediately knew how to fix the problem and also found two stripped screws which he replaced.  Very quick, same day response and great work.  I will definitely use this service again

After purchasing the service, I did not receive a message from SDS. Once contacted SDS quickly set up a manageable service window. SDS arrived within the window and provided service quickly and efficiently. No issues.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List to get a new garage door spring installed. <br /> Sean arrived on time, was professional, and within an hour had replaced both springs on my door, as well as performing a tune up, I also have another one car garage door, which was not included in the deal. He checked it out and oiled it, at no extra charge. <br /> The service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Superior Door Service. <br />

When I called, the repair person apologized for not being available the same day, as he had been very sick all through the night and was not feeling well enough to work. However, he came out the next day, even though he was not 100%. I had no vehicle trapped in the garage, so it was not an emergency for us. He was careful not to come close in case he was still contagious, and he was very careful himself in doing the repair work. He was quite efficient, had all the needed parts, and completed the work in less than an hour. <br />

Garage door "guillotined" to the floor and I saw a broken spring on one side, so I contacted Shawn at Superior Door Service around one PM and he arrived at my house around two fifteen.  After he reviewed the condition of my door and it's working parts, he concluded no damage was done, so he released the screw drive latch and lifted the door and latched it open so I could remove my car and some items around the edge of my garage interior so he could access the spring mounting shaft.  Thankfully the day was not as hot as can be expected around here.  He lowered the door, went to work (it was still warm inside the closed garage), and he replaced both springs.  After he was satisfied the work was done properly, we tested the door several times.  Shawn was a lifesaver for me and I am grateful. <br />
