The team exceeded our expectations. They showed up in a timely manner, were courteous and had the job done within the hour. They use professional equipment and added free deodorizer to our carpets. My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. My carpets is clean, fresh and ready for the next person to move in. Highly recommend this company.

Had some really old couches that hadn't been cleaned in years. They were tan couches that were filthy. The gentlemen that showed up were friendly and courteous and even provided free pre-treatent. The results of their cleaning was amazing. The couches look good as new and we're no longer embarrassed to have company sit on them.

Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. Very satisfied.

I contacted Greg on a Sunday asking for work to be performed on my day off. I needed the carpet cleaned in my whole house. I have two dogs and 3 cats so when they have accidents it can get pretty messy. They arrived on time and did a great job. Greg and his staff were very friendly and professional.

Words cannot express how pleased I was with Superior Fabric Cleaners. I had informed them of this really nasty smell that I was smelling in my home and also stated that there was a stain in my office that was told to me would not come out. Fast forward to Superior Fabric Cleaners they came in and used a black light, detected everything that was in the carpet and informed me of the best way forward in treating and cleaning my carpet. I can definitely say Superior Fabric Cleaners will be my go to carpet cleaner from this point forward. Impeccable service of the highest quality.

Greg was very professional punctual and courteous. I am very gracious and impressed with his quality of work. His company goes above and beyond to perform a superior carpet cleaning. Although our carpet was damaged beyond salvageable, they didn't try to upsell their services and products. Mr. Greg provided us with a honest assessment and estimate. Wonderful. The floors look great. We are going to have them stripped and refinished but the work they did brought new life to the floors and will get us to spring. The floors are scratched due to large dogs in the home and the coating will help with further damage. Once again friendly and professional service.

They were on time and very personable. Work was done in a timely fashion and the carpet looks great. They pre-treated some areas and the carpet didn't take long time to dry. Most importantly, they didn't leave my house a mess like another carpet cleaning service I used a few years ago. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

I called for a quote and they were able to come out the very next day. John and Reggie were right on time and very professional. They moved all the furniture I asked them to and got right to work. 2 hours later, all the spots were gone and they were done. The house smells wonderful. I'll be calling them again in a year to do it all over again.

They were fantastic. They live up to their name, because they did superior work for me. The mattress looks brand new. The sofa, I will use for a long time instead of throwing out. I would never use anyone else. My sister also hired them and they did excellent work for her, cleaning out the stains in her off-white carpet.

The unfortunate truth is that some stains can and do permanently change the color of any porous material. Most of the times irremovable stains can be repaired by carpet patching, so there is still hope before facing the expense of replacing the whole carpet. While we currently don't perform carpet repairs, I would happily refer our customers to repairmen who have done outstanding work for our clients in the past.
