The product and the work were done as requested and has been in place for a year now and holding up very well.

It went extremely well. The crew came in on Tuesday afternoon, explained what they were going to do., set all the fence posts and gates and started the assembly. They came back the next morning and finished the job. It looks outstanding and we were very pleased with the results. We would recommend this company's work and quality of product.

Contract entered 6/1; installation 7/17. Once the materials were ready, the installers worked diligently to finish in one day. Vinyl fence is beautiful, and light color makes the yard seem larger.

While I was hoping they would match a competitors price the service was excellent. The sales person stated 4-6 weeks from purchase date but alluded that it could be much quicker if the permitting process was easy. I had just permitted a new roof so I knew the process was easy in my county. When I called to ask about an install date they could not give me one until they worked the projects they already had. But they worked me in within a month after a cancellation. The installer was professional prompt and he did a great job. Overall very pleased with he experience and I would buy from them again.

It went as usual. They did exactly what I wanted and the job was done quickly and professionally. This is the third time I have used Superior Fence. Their price isn't the greatest but their workmanship is and that's why I use them every time.

Bud and Kyle did the install. They did a great job. Their experience showed. From the time I placed the order with the sales person Kim to the time of the install, Superior Fence kept me informed all along the way. Other neighbors used another vendor and my experience does not compare. Top notch people at Superior Fence and a very nice product.

We are very pleased with the work done by Superior Fence and Rail at our home. Scott and his crew went over and above the call of duty to help us with our problem fence, gates and posts. They were very polite, helpful and considerate of our pets, yard and driveway as they did their jobs and even cleaned up after themselves, a forgotten aspect these days. Thank you Scott!

It was great and they did a really great job. The got the job done in one day. The fence still looks great. They showed up at the scheduled time. They are a local company. I would recommend them to others.

Robb Barton came out in August to give us a quote and then came back to our house on August 5 to have us sign the paperwork and provide a deposit for half of the cost. (half due at signing of contract, the other half when it is completed, which seems to be pretty standard.). We made a last minute change and it was no problem. We were told it would be about 1 month for the permitting to be done and materials to come in. We didn't hear anything at the 1 month mark, so I called and spoke to Kathy in the office. She was very nice and promised we would be scheduled as soon as possible. We received a call the next week indicating they had a cancellation and would be out the next day (9/10) to put the fence up. The 2 men who came out were very professional - hard, hard workers. Wouldn't accept any water or Gatorade, saying they brought their own. We were told they would be at our house at 8:30 a.m.and they arrived at 8:25. They asked that we walk all around the property together so they could make sure they understood the paperwork properly (some of the fence was being completely replaced, some put up in front of existing fence belonging to neighbors). I asked how long it would take for the job to be completed, and they said it would take all of that day and probably half the next day. The same workers were at our house again bright and early the next morning. The work was finished that day as promised. Beautiful job, and they completely cleaned up after themselves. The fence is tan vinyl, 212 linear feet with 2 gates and New England style caps on the posts. A cement footing was installed for each post. When Robb came back out to pick up the remaining half of the payment, he made sure to tell us that if there any problems after that point, to be sure and let them know and they would come back out and address it. I am happy to recommend Superior Fence! <br />

Their service was fine.  Everything looked fine whenit was done.

Everything was great, except they did not install the fence on the property line. I discussed this with the salesman prior to installation. They said that for me to install on the actually property line that I needed to get letters from my neighbors to get permission. All my neighbors gave me a letter, because they want to add on to my fence to enclose their yard. However, when they installed the fence they installed it anywhere from 6" to 1' inside my property line. Now when my neighbors want to add on to my fence for their yard, my property stakes will be in their yard. This was very frustrating....

Very courteous and on time for appointment. Gave several suggestions and did walk through without having to rush. Now I am just waiting to see how long it takes for estimate?

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO WHAT WE NEEDED. IT WAS A FAIR PRICE. I DID SOME PRICE COMPARISON. I RELIED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS THAT USED THE COMPANY ALSO.

THE FENCE WAS INSTALLED IN LESS THAN THREE DAYS. IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD, I JUST WISH THE PANELS WERE CLOSER TO THE GROUND BECAUSE MY DOGS CAN GET UNDER THE FENCE.
