First and foremost I’ve dealt with all types of contractors in the past, I’ve never had anyone like Steven respond so quickly . One of my employees broke a $500 window on accident, long story short my clients were very particular people, I am sure that I would’ve lost my contract over this. This is where I have to praise Stevens quick response and problem solving , I literally called him around 4pm , he arrived about 30 minutes later to take measurements , by 5:30 he arrived with with the new glass, by 6pm when my clients arrived nothing ever happened. This window company will definitely be my go to from now on! Glass problems, call Steven ! Exceptional customer service and response time,! not to mention his prices were literally the lowest around.

Thanks for Stephen coming out so fast! Was mowing and launched a rock toward my bedroom window and completely shattered. Stephen came out that day and measured the window. The glass was replaced that week ?
