Incomplete mulch job, did not complete the rear mulch bed in back. Also expected them to "spade" an edge for the new mulch bed areas, they just used a lawn trimmer.

"Hello (consumer name withheld per their request) I am very sorry you feel that way. We actually installed 10 additional bags of mulch on your property,as we discussed, to try to cover all of the areas that we worked on. I also advised you that we would be using an edger to define the edge. We did that as a courtesy to you as we never discussed defining the existing beds. We also removed several deep rooted plants in your front entryway that you wanted removed as a courtesy to you as well. I am sorry that you feel we did an incomplete job, however, with a simple phone call or email, I would have been more than happy to discuss your concerns and find a resolution. This is the very first time that I hear back from you since we completed the job."

Christian called right away and set up an appointment to meet and evaluate my lawn, which is zoysia, and he said he had done some. I had concerns cutting with a driving mower, but he and his crew did a great job...as I watched...the first time out. It looked really nice. Will just need some tweaking as far as edging, etc. since I'm so picky and no one does it like you do your own. Overall I was pleased and certainly beats taking 3 hours a week to do it in the hot summer sun. Answers calls and emails very quickly...another bonus for service.
