I submitted online request from Angies List & Alex called immediately. He was able to come by that day. Not only did he clean gutters, he also blew leaves off the walkway & deck. He took before & after pics of gutters. Spotless. Will definitely hire again!

Great! Alex responded quickly, looked at the house and provided a very reasonable quote. He photographed the finished product and posted for me to review. He also made sure there was no debris following the cleaning - i wouldn't have known he'd been there. I would/will use him again.

Alex was great. Did the job on the day I called to request service. Very professional, enthusiastic and thorough. Showed before and after pictures and identified potential roof leak hazards before they became a problem. Even fixed the roofing issues. Rates were excellent. Service was a very good value.

Alex was able to come out the same day that I first contacted him. Total job took him about an hour and the price was very reasonable. He even blew off our patio and driveway, which included debris that we were responsible for. Would hire again and would recommend to others.

Bottom Line: If you want your job done right at a fair price and with someone you can trust then Alex is your guy. Alex exceeded every expectation that I had. It is clearly evident that he is a professional in his craft and he is now my go to guy to recommend to others. Alex was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and took the time to walk through the entire price breakdown and made sure I understood the scope of the work I was asking for. I did a lot of shopping around and NO ONE was nearly as knowledge, professional, or cost competitive as he was. Upon competition Alex showed me pictures of all the work he did which gave me piece of mind and showed me the quality of work completed. I highly recommend him and will definitely be a return customer.

I contacted Alex Caprar and left a message. He returned my call in less than 30 minutes. I followed with a text containing pictures to give him a good idea of my potential problem. He returned my text promptly with a phone call to schedule an appointment the next day. Based upon that interaction, I was starting to think I had contacted the right professional. The next day he arrived five minutes before the appointed time. He was quite professional and discussed my potential clogged gutter to ensure he understood my problem. He discovered that two downspouts located in close proximity were clogged. He cleaned each downspout, but also looked at all my gutters and downspouts to ensure that all were clear. I asked what I owed him for his services. He indicated that he did not do that much work and gave me an idea of what he thought was fair. I ended up writing a check for more than he quoted and let him know that I appreciated his professional approach, quick response and excellent work. Needles to say, I would highly recommend Alex for any gutter cleaning and repair work. If you use his services, I think you will end up having a pleasant day.

Alex responded to my request very quickly and gave me a quote over the phone. He was able to come over and clean the gutters later that same day. He did an excellent job and took before and after pictures to show me what he had done. I have already booked a follow up appointment to fix part of the gutter that had become detached. I highly recommend Alex and will continue to hire him for all gutter work in the future!

Very pleased - Alex was very responsive, came out quickly to our home, and the price was very reasonable. We even got real-time photos of the gutters both before and after cleaning. Would definitely recommend this company.

I placed a quote request over weekend and Alex called shortly after I submitted the request, and offered to come to clean my gutter at a very reasonable price. He did the job while I was not home but he took pictures and text me the pictures (showing very clean gutters!). He also replaced a broken flood light bulb for me. It was a very pleasant experience working with him. I will definitely hire him for similar jobs in the future!
