Great...2nd time I've used them. First time was major problem (I thought). One zone wouldn't yard irrigation zine wouldn't work and 2 other services couldn't find the controller and indicated they would have to do major digging to locate. Superior's team came out, determined the controller was Ok and problem was a broken wire...located the break within 30 minutes and repaired it. Thought I had completed the review last year when that work was done but found the review was still waiting for submission. Most recent job was repairing a broken line and some drip system replacing...Took a little longer but still would give them an A+. They are my "go to" irrigation service from now on....

I called Superior Irrigation after the reps from two other companies had attempted to find the malfunctioning control value and failed. Both suggested that extensive digging/excavation would be necessary to locate it. (System was installed by previous homeowner.) Additionally, the one provider who was willing to undertake this job couldn't schedule it for 3+ weeks. I called Superior Irrigation on the recommendation of a neighbor. Superior had me scheduled within a week and Fred Perez (the technician) had the problem located and repaired within 90 minutes after arriving. Turned out, it wasn't the control valve but rather a broken electrical wire. The cost was certainly less than I had been anticipating and Fred also located the control valve as well. I've used other irrigation services in the past but Superior Irrigation and Lawn will be my "go to" service in the future. As far as I'm concerned, an "A" rating isn't high enough.

Great service. didn't overcharge. even showed me how to fine tune my sprinkler heads so i could adjust them on my own and not have to pay someone to come out to do it for me. checked my sprinkler schedule and recommended a good schedule and told me why and showed me how to program it. even wrote the schedule down with times of year so I could change it throughout the year as needed. Wdonferful. I would highly recommend them

Angie's List told me that Superior didn't have an appointment available, but I called them direct anyway and they were able to come out 2 days later, which was a miracle considering some companies were out 4 weeks. On the appointed day, I got a call from one of the techs about 1000. My appointment was for 1300, but they were running ahead and could get to me in 30 minutes, which I of course agreed to. They were done in about an hour, they were very polite and personable, and the work was done correctly at about the price I was expecting. Five and a half stars, will definitely hire again.

I had replaced most sprinkler heads myself along with the automatic zone controllers. I also checked to verify that central control module works and that the water pressure is sufficient (> 55psi). Yet when I activated the system, the sprinkler heads would not pop up to spray water. The sprinkler technician arrived about an hour late due to trying to finish up another work in the morning having taken longer than expected. He correctly diagnosed the problem was the defective backflow control valve that effectively killed the water pressure preventing sprinkler heads from popping up. His verbal price quote was $400 at the scene. He ended up replacing the back flow control valve and the master control valve. He asked to be paid $450. I told him his quote was $400 and that was what we agreed upon. He said his quote was $450. I paid him that amount (not being too happy) since he got the job done and I did not want to argue with him about his price quote since I did not have it on paper.

After some testing and checking, fixed main valve. Had to dig around to find it. Technicians were quick and sharp. Cassie in the office was wonderful. Big props to her for arranging things, and then working around a quirky payment issue.

Jacob, the owner of Superior Irrigation came out with his crew and they had to analyze what was going on as it was not just the system, but the valves and my valves were buried somewhere in the yard (house built in 1986). They located all valves, brought them up to the surface of the yard, made repairs and tested the entire system. They were very knowledgeable and trustworthy and based on information given to me along with what I already knew, I decided to have some other work done, that I didn't originally ask about. They were quick, professional and courteous. They gave me a good solid price compared to other bids I had received, even with the extra work. I'd definitely recommend them to all family and friends who needed help with their irrigation system!!

The crew arrived on time. They immediately assessed the irrigation system zones and discovered a pipe leak. Leak was repaired, two bad nozzles replaced and one nozzle relocated. Because there were 3 employees the work was finished within 40 minutes. A 90 day warranty was provided on the work.

They knew their irrigation systems but did work with agreeing on price on everything. Just make sure you ask exactly the costs of everything to include sprinkler heads.

They scheduled to come out and called ahead of time to ask to reschedule. Yesterday they were supposed to come out between 1 and 2. Nobody came when I waited for them. I called them today and they said someone accidentally scheduled it for next week. They apologized for their mistake but I moved on to someone else.
