He was super friendly and was out here at the time and dates he said. And even though it ended being extra time due to the complexity of the build he finished it out not requiring a change in pricing.

Donnie and his partner were great. They replaced a small section of siding on my house that was basically disintegrating. I’m not a very handy person, so Donnie didn’t mind me hanging around to watch how things were done so that I could learn how to do this for myself in the future if any of the other siding on my house started to do the same thing. You could tell he and his partner were a real team that had worked together for quite some time. I cannot say enough about how genuinely nice these guys are. This was a great experience.

Donnie quoted a reasonable price for the job and offered a discount for having 2 fans installed. He stayed in touch reliably via text messaging in the lead-up to the install date. He and a helper arrived on time and got right to work. They had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. There were a couple aspects to the existing installation that they were not expecting, especially having to access the attic for much of it. They dealt with this professionally and communicated well with each other to problem solve. The two existing fans were removed and two new fans (with lights) were installed correctly in about two hours. When finished, Donnie swept up the work area and took the trash out to the garage. He also took the time to converse with me and give advice about other jobs that I was considering. All in all I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Superior Lawn Care & Home Improvements !

Donnie was timely, responsive and did a great job getting our stubborn wallpaper off the walls, as well a repairing damaged drywall. Everything got done really well and he was sure to leave the place clean when he completed the tasks. We will definitely use him in the future & highly recommend him to others!

Donnie was very responsive and flexible with our changing schedule to have the work done. Completely removing old French doors and installing new set. He made it so easy! We ordered the door online with the items he suggested (he only requested what was really necessary for the job), and he picked it up at the store, saving us an $80 delivery fee from box store. He was a great communicator and installed the door without any issues. He was courteous, punctual, trustworthy and we would definitely hire him again.

I needed a dryer hose replacement. He was in and done quickly and efficiently. He was also kind and courteous.

The person was friendly and polite. Took much longer than expected to complete the assembly, at least 3 hrs. Overall happy to get it put together and in use.

Lock does not work. Put one new lock on. It did not work. Got another lock, it does not work. waiting to hear from the company today. Spent 5 hours replacing a lock that does not work!
