The job was done correctly and rot was removed and replaced and painted to match.

Tacky poor communication

He did show up the same day I spoke to him. In the first room, I had a 65? TV and already had the bracket to mount it. I estimate that both together would weigh close to 100lbs. Donnie decided to use drywall anchors for up to 79lbs items. He anchored it only to the drywall (not hitting a stud at all). He was then surprised when it fell out of the wall, leaving large holes. The bracket fell onto the top of the TV causing dent/scratch. Donnie didn?t immediately apologize, nor did he ever offer to fix the damage he caused. Instead, he blamed the drywall and failed to take responsibility. When he went to bedroom to mount smaller TV, they almost did the same thing. Found the studs but while working, they ran into my closet door, braking it so that it now lays on the floor. He didn?t tell me what he did but said my carpet was a problem for the bifold doors. I wouldn?t recommend for anything.

I called them sent a picture of the needed work and worked a price for the work to be accomplished. They were here the next day. Project was accomplished in high 90 degree heat . As I see it a job well done on and above what I ask to be accomplished.

Donnie and his assistant were very helpful, and had great ideas for repairing the bottom length of the shed. Which had water and groundhog damage. Donnie responded by phone quickly, was able to schedule the repair, showed up and worked, shed done! Five of five stars.

He was super friendly and was out here at the time and dates he said. And even though it ended being extra time due to the complexity of the build he finished it out not requiring a change in pricing.

Donnie and his partner were great. They replaced a small section of siding on my house that was basically disintegrating. I’m not a very handy person, so Donnie didn’t mind me hanging around to watch how things were done so that I could learn how to do this for myself in the future if any of the other siding on my house started to do the same thing. You could tell he and his partner were a real team that had worked together for quite some time. I cannot say enough about how genuinely nice these guys are. This was a great experience.

Donnie quoted a reasonable price for the job and offered a discount for having 2 fans installed. He stayed in touch reliably via text messaging in the lead-up to the install date. He and a helper arrived on time and got right to work. They had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. There were a couple aspects to the existing installation that they were not expecting, especially having to access the attic for much of it. They dealt with this professionally and communicated well with each other to problem solve. The two existing fans were removed and two new fans (with lights) were installed correctly in about two hours. When finished, Donnie swept up the work area and took the trash out to the garage. He also took the time to converse with me and give advice about other jobs that I was considering. All in all I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Superior Lawn Care & Home Improvements !

Donnie was timely, responsive and did a great job getting our stubborn wallpaper off the walls, as well a repairing damaged drywall. Everything got done really well and he was sure to leave the place clean when he completed the tasks. We will definitely use him in the future & highly recommend him to others!
