They did the job, but they didn't do it to my expectation. I was watching the way they worked and it seemed like there was communication trouble between the laborers and the owner of the company. The owner would give a different instruction from the one I gave and the workers would do something different. I told the foreman what I needed done and how I needed it done so that he could relay it to the laborers who didn't speak English at all. They didn't clean up as well as I expected them to clean up. I was generally happy with their work, but I was unhappy with how the work turned out. It was a communication problem but other than that, they were nice guys.

They took too long to do the job. I had to stand over some of the contractors and tell them how to do the job. I should not have to do that. I gave them instructions on how I wanted the job done and it was not done that way. It took them 3 and a half to 4 months to do the job, too long. I think the price was reasonable but could have been done for less.

"[removed member name], I am sorry about your concern on the delay of your project , though many factors were involved in the delay. The biggest being that you were supplying the material and you didn't not purchase enough for us to finish. It took me 3 weeks to locate the proper color and size. Secondly, we encountered 4 days of rain causing a delay of approximently 1 additional week. Lastly the installation that you requested us to perform was not a typical installation. You asked us to install custom copper flashing, plastic concrete joint borders l, specific grade and elevation changes that were done to make sure you received what you expected. For the most part these design extras took time to make sure they would not interfere with a proper installation. I appreciated the letter that you sent to me and my crew though, complimenting us on the outstanding job we performed on your home. You also noted they you had recommended us to all of your neighbors and friends. They letter is framed and hanging on our wall of fame. The results- what a beautiful Patio. One we can all be proud of. Please enjoy you new patio and always remember you are part of the Superior Family now and if we can help you or your friends and/or neighbors we are always here for you. Everything went very well. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time. They did everything they said they would do. We were very pleased with them.

My wife and I were on a mission to get our backyard done, and as many couples do went to a few home and garden shows, got a bunch of quotes, did some research.I highly doubt you'll find a more competitive business out there. <br /> <br /> Art and his team were excellent. <br /> <br /> Extremely competitive pricing (we received 5 different quotes for the project). <br /> <br /> All of the work was done, changes were accommodated during the project and completed as asked. <br /> <br /> We have no complaints. Everything was done as asked, the pavers look outstanding, the drop system works great, the trees were trimmed as asked, and our yard looks fantastic. <br /> <br /> The backyard expended to include the driveway being done in pavers as well, and that also turned out fantastic.
