They treated me bad because every time that I will call them, no resolution is being provided. They are good at getting the contract but slow is doing the job.

Well, I put the story in the first box. Started off well, they showed up at the dig on the day they said, but after that, it went downhill fast... We kept believing their lies and by May we knew we had been screwed, but they had gotten the bulk of the money by then.If we had just gone with the pool, id give them a D. The hardscape project they should not have taken, it was beyond their expertise, and we ended up paying, financially and emotionally for that., i should have known when i was given a square footage price of the cement, and a week later, the square footage ( and price) had doubled. We assumed they measured it out before the contract. We assumed alot with this company. The signs were there, I should have know but i am too trusting.Im 55 and this was one of the worst experiences Ive had . STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! we are trying to move on from this horrible experience, and hope the pool and pool equipment won t fall apart. I never want to see them again.
