We hired Superior to install vinyl siding over old wood siding. The finished product looks fantastic. The crew was professional in handling the entire project, even when weather kept dragged the timeline out. We are very happy and would talk to John with any future projects.

Excellent!! John was very thorough and they were able to match my existing 30 year old windows to meet my HOA requirements. Would highly recommend them for replacing windows and doors. They did a great job of keeping my house clean on the inside and outside. They have been doing business in the Cincinnati area for years and found them very reputable.

Salesperson was professional and gave us a very fair price. Work was done but we had an issue and problem was corrected fast. Overall-job well done!

After an extensive search, we decided to have Superior Products Exteriors, Inc install our siding, shutters and gutters. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and so far, with the products themselves. They were knowledgeable, careful to clean up as they went, and extremely professional as they spent several hours on our property. We observed them in challenging situations that required patience, and a solid knowledge of craftsmanship. They were always very respectful with their talk, their mannerisms and their outward appearance. Very professional. Excellent service, and so far, excellent product.

I am very pleased with the installation of my new siding. The work was done very professionally. All employees involved, including the president of the company, listened to all of my questions and concerns, and addressed all issues. I would definitely contract with this company again.

Superior Products just installed new windows and siding on my house. We chose Superior because of recommendations from family and friends. The price was competitive, but the work exceeded my expectations. The salesperson monitored the work and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process. The employees that did the work were very professional. The quality of job was better than I expected. I am very happy I went with Superior Products. One of the examples that really impressed me was related to the pride the crew took in their work. Superior installed the trim around my garage and I thought it looked pretty good. The next day they returned and said they had been thinking about the garage trim the previous evening. They had an idea of how to do it better. They explained the idea to me and I approved. They removed the trim they had just installed the day before and replaced it. The new trim looks fantastic. I was very surprised Superior did this. I was satisfied with the trim the first time they installed it. I did not expect them to come back and say we can do it even better! Thank you Superior Products. As you know, some of my friends have already signed contracts to have you do work on their homes based on my experience.

I am extremely satisfied with the entryway door that I purchased from Superior Products. The quality of the door is excellent. The side light window is beautiful and exactly what I selected. The color scheme of the exterior blends in very well with the outside of my home. I am very pleased with the interior look the new door gives to the foyer of my home. The sales staff and the installer were very professional and courteous. I cannot be more pleased with Superior Products. I so appreciate the service they have given me. I highly recommend this company.

It was the worst experience of my life and I'm still dealing with Peter McCracken who owns the company. Initially I had ordered Alside windows to go in my home. Every one of those casement windows were broken when they arrived. Instead of checking the windows first, they took my windows out, in the middle of November, and then we had to put the broken windows in the house because there was nothing else we could do. They then ordered Simonton casement windows. They warped after a year and would not close or open. So then they decided to put in double hung windows because they decided the casement windows were too heavy. Since that time the balances in all of the windows have started breaking. I had it in writing that all materials and workmanship had a lifetime warranty. Peter McCracken is now saying that the warranty doesn't apply because that was written for Alside windows and not Simonton windows. So he's out of it completely. Then the back door that he installed started leaking. I called him and he said that door is out of warranty. Every single time I call about something that he has done, I get nothing but excuses. I will never, ever use his services or Nuvue Services again. I spent a lot of money on windows and siding and doors and I shouldn't be having these issues.

The team was here promptly at the scheduled time and completed the 23 window replacement job in 5 hours. They did a great job, cleaned up their mess, new windows are great. Owner checked with me on 3 different occasions to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend these guys with confidence.

All old siding and gutters were removed and hauled off. Installed were 6" Seamless-Gutters with Down-Spouts, a Gable over the garage, 3/8 insulation board under Charter Oak in Monterey Sand-Siding. The gentlemen who installed the siding today used a long magnet between two wheels while pushing it around the area they worked and it picked up several old rusty nails from previous siding. I really appreciated that to help avoid stepping on one or a flat tire on my lawn mower. They also did a professional clean job. Looks nice.

They  delivered a quality product for a good price. Everything went well. They were very professional in scheduling and completing the installation. I would definitely use them again. <br />

The only problem I have is that one side of the gutters are leaking, but he said if I call him, he will come out and fix it again.  So I will have to call him again to do some work. The only thing that he does which is annoying, is that he talks fast.

It was good. They did what they said they would. They were punctual. The work wasn't perfect but it was really good. Thy were very professional and seemed to know what they were doing. They cleaned up well after work.

The company president was asked to estimate the cost of replacing the siding on the house.  He furnished the estimate on completion of his visual survey of the property.  The next day, after signing the contract for the work, a delivery of the necessary material arrived on site.  The crew that was to do the work contacted the undersigned and made arrangements to start the work.  The crew (father and son) were professional in all their dealigs with me.  Their work was completed in a professional manner to my satifaction.  As they completed their work they took a great deal of attention to clean up the removed siding and left over scrap. They went so far as to use a magnet to scour the area to ensure all of the small residue was cleaned from the area. The company president even appeared to do a walk arrouind with me to ensure that the job was complete and to my satisfaction.  I was surprised that the company president did not request an advance to start the job, but made it a matter listed in the contract that payment was to be made on sucessful completion of the work. <br /> I would definitely use this company again should I need any of its listed services. I definitely recommend this company to anyone <br />  who is contemplating siding repair or replacement <br />

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.  From day one when I met Joe Phillips (Production Manager) and he told me about <br /> their product, I was interested but very hesitant.  After all, this would be an enormous decision financially.  I'd lived with the <br /> original windows in my home and they'd always been absolutely dreadful.  On beautiful days I would have to take a rubber mallet <br /> and a small crowbar to open them.  Joe brought samples to my home and I was very impressed.  Once we mad the decision, the <br /> windows were constructed and within weeks a crew came to install them.  They arrived at 7:30 a.m. and were gone by 1:00 p.m. <br /> I couldn't believe how efficient and tidy they were.  They had about 6 people - all of them beefy!  Carrying heavy windows is <br /> serious business.  Now, as we enjoy the wonderful fall weather, I'm able to open my windows easily.  The breeze carrying fresh air is a delight and the windows look great.  Please don't hesitate to use the services of this extremely professional company. <br /> Lynne Lefebvre. <br />

Overall, the  project went pretty well.  The materials are high quality and I have received many compliments on my home's appearance.  The only issue I had with the project was the workers showed up at whatever time pleased them and clean up could have been better.   In the spring of 2012 I was still picking up pieces of vinyl trimmings.  Overall John Wilson was very responsive to any phone call. <br />

Estimate from Superior on a Saturday, Work crew showed up to take measurements on Monday.  They were back out on Wednesday and Thursday to finish the job and clean up.  It really looks wonderful!

When we decided to have our house sided we called Champion Siding with the intention of having them do our work. <br /> <br /> After getting their quote we decided to call around and called Superior Products. A man named "John" showed up at our house and identified himself as the owner of the company. He "showed" us how their product was so much better than Champion's and that Champion's siding did not "contour" to the house's wood siding like his did. He also told us that they were much more professional and that their employees were professional employees as opposed to sub-contractors. <br /> <br /> We had already started prep work to paint our house and showed him where we had pulled caulking from the windows, etc. He told us we didn't need to do ANYTHING! He told us the siding would "seal the house, so "you don't need to worry about bare wood, caulking, etc." He also told us that any caulking that needed done would be done by them. He also told us that the siding would help keep bugs out since, once again it "sealed against the wood siding of the house." <br /> <br /> Since installation was completed we've had ants, spiders and other bugs constantly crawling up under the siding. We also had roof work done last year and the roofer noticed that there was no capping placed on the top corners of the house, so rain, etc., continues to leak down through the siding. In addition to this virtually all of the window sills were installed so that rain water runs TOWARDS the house as opposed to away from the house. <br /> Also, the sills sit loose on the window frame so that the poorly-done caulking job does not keep water out. <br /> Although John, or one of his "Formen" have at times come back to "check" the problems, each time they have been condescending  and refer to the "fact" that most of their customers are happy with their work, or are happy after the "resolution." This has not been the case, and we have gotten to a point where we feel we cannot trust that this company has ANY INTEREST whatsoever in making this right. They've got their money, and couldn't care less! <br /> <br /> At this point we'd pretty much be happy to have "Superior" refund our money and we'll call Champion to redo the work properly.

Owner John Wilson responded quicky to our request for estimate. John frequently communicated regarding scheduling and product information, followed up as promised, gave accurate information, and checked on the progress of the job. Our issue was getting prompt installation due to needing to get our house on the real estate market, and Superior responded. Alside in Cincinnati actually installed the siding due to the product we chose, and the crew did a perfect job.  Our experience with Superior was excellent, performance was very professional, and we would highly recommend this company to others.
