The people they had doing the roofing damaged my kitchen. There was a pipe that came down and water started leaking on our stove. We also had to get a new microwave. They wouldn't return my husband's calls and after my husband wrote numerous letters they did send us some money so we could get a new microwave. It was an ongoing thing for awhile. They wouldn?t pay for the painting of our ceiling.

They were punctual. The job was done in a day. The salespeople were good. The management that I dealt with was good. The workers cleaned up after themselves. The entire job was done in a day just like they said. They coordinated well with the other builders. We find no leaks. Their price was comparable to the two other estimates that we had got.

They were very thorough and meticulous about the clean up. They did just an outstanding job on the roof. It was a very great experience. Their detail and attention to clean up was excellent. They raked up the yard, used magnets to pick up any loose nails, and they put a big container in my driveway when they stripped off the shingles. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! I wouldn't bother calling other companies if I needed another roof put on, I would just call them.

After the work was completed, I began experiencing significant ice dam, and leaking not previously experienced. The company returned to my house two additional times to examine the situation and claim no responsibility. Over one month ago, the owner came out personally to examine the premises, and I appreciated his invovement. He pointed out several things that were wrong with my roofing system including soffet venting, and cheek wall flashing. He denied any responsibility on the leaking sky lights which I was told at sale he guaranteed! He further pointed out a failing gutter system as my problem, I asked why he never properly recommended soffet venting and flashing at the time of installation. He had no credible response and said he would get back to me. I never heard back. Since that time, I have had a town building inspector, licensed home inspector, several contractors and the shingle manufacturer out to my home. They have all unanimously concurred that Superior Roofing improperly installed my sun roof flashing, cheek wall flashing and water and ice shield. The shingle manufacturer has advised that Superior Roofing failed to properly install a roof venting system which can in affect void the expensive warranty I purcahsed. The owner of Superior correctly identified that my gutters were problematic, but all agree that my current leaking issues are not due the gutter system. While the company appears to be professional, I think I got a bad crew and the owner of the company is to busy making excuses to do the right thing. This is sad, as I had been willing to give them the opportunity to correct the problems.

Whole operation was very professional. Good communications with office before job, kept me informed on date of work. They were trying to fit me into their schedule before the bad weather started. Crew arrived on schedule and worked continuously for two days to get work finished. Foreman came to door at end to explain work done. Supervisor arrived to inspect work before crew left. Falling tile broke a neighbor's storm window, but Superior replaced pane promptly without question.

It all went excellent. They were very professional and got the work done in a timely matter. The price was OK for the money. There were no surprises the estimates was equal to the ending cost. They had a very efficient work crew. The quality of the work was very good.

They left the ice in a pile on the deck. They said they would clean up, but didnt. I had to call them and they came back the same day to clean it up. They did come quickly and did a good job. I think they overcharged and that they were expensive.

They are one of the only contractors left that do everything by hand. No nail guns. They had the work done in only one day. They showed up at seven in the morning. They laid down a tarp to catch all the debris. They were done by 3;30 in the afternoon. The foreman called me when they were done and came over to do a walk through with me. I got a warranty in the mail for the shingles and a 15 year warranty from the company. I am very pleased with the results.

Superior was referred by friends. The salesman was knowledgeable, thorough and clear in his assessment, the crew focused, efficient and did nice job in extremely cold, windy weather. Dan Wilkins, our salesman, assured us that our friends would receive a g/c to The Cheesecake Factory for the referral.. After 4 reminder calls to Robin, I gave up. Obviously, there would be "no thank you for your business" g/c Several months later I called for additional gutters to be installed, Again no response. Last Monday, we removed some insulation on the underside of the roof, and were unnerved to discover soaking wet boards. Afraid that there might be a leak, we placed a frantic call to Superior and were told it would go immediately upstairs to Operations. No response. Our call on Tuesday said someone would be out right away. Still nothing. Disappointing at best. No follow up indicates that that new business is the only motivation for this company.

Original estimate was about $15,000, with the possibility of increased cost depending on other work that needed to be done. After they inspected more closely, fascia replacement needed to be done, involving pulling and replacing the fascia and some shingles. New estimate was approximately $22,000. Terms were 1/3 down, 1/3 after non-custom guttering and downspouts installed, balance on completion of job. Work went smoothly and quickly on the first 3 sides, after which they asked for a certain amount of money that brought the total paid to about $20,000. This was more than contracted for this point in the job, but I had no reason to believe the job would not be completed. They were going to come out the following week to replace the fascia on the curved side, measure the radius and have the custom piece of guttering made, to be installed when it was ready. I'm still waiting and am having trouble getting phone calls returned.

We had to push them hard to do the job correctly. They promised to bring a big crew and finish the job in 1 day, but they actually took 6 weeks. They used lesser quality materials that I am not happy with, but the price was good.

Overall I was very pleased with the service. The representative came out to provide me with an estimate on my job the day after I called the office. He was knowledgeable and very nice. We signed the agreement a few days later, on a Monday and by that Saturday the installers were at my house putting the gutters up. The installers did a terrific job and were very courteous and careful. The gutters look fantastic and very solidly attached to the roof. My only complaint with Superior is that I did not receive notification from the company as to when the installation would occur, despite my two phone calls of inquiry as to when I could expect them. But that being said, I am thrilled that they came and they did a great job. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

We were very unsatisfied with both the responsiveness as well as quality of the roofs we had Superior replace. One of the roofs they finished leaked shortly after they installed it. We did confront them as to why and they informed us it was because they sent a new crew out to originally do the job. We felt this was not a legitimate excuse. They have since corrected the issue but now we have a ceiling which is stained because of leakage. We did ask them to get someone out to fix it and they said they would do so but we haven't heard from anyone since. I will give them credit for the price though as it came under three other estimates we had received. I guess after spending so much money on roofing, you would expect everything to be perfect and it wasn't.

Personable and professional throughout the job until the end with the installation of the chimney cap. We had to call 3 times over 6 weeks to get a return phone call regarding the installation of the prepaid cap. A promised referral gift card also went undelivered after 3 calls. The lack of follow-up and the disinterested response from our sales representative left us disappointed after such a great job. The lack of the timely installation of the chimney cap in the recent torrential rains left us with ongoing messy clean ups inside. It's too bad to do a really good job up front and drop the ball in the end.

This company provided peace of mind, value, and fine workmanship from the beginning. Scheduling was easy. The project was finished quickly, and they cooperated well with a crew that was rebuilding our chimney at the same time. Several people checked in with me throughout the process and kept me informed of the progress of the project, and almost all of it happened on schedule. The new roof looks great and we have received several compliments. I was especially pleased that this company recycles old shingles.

The roof work went quite well. The team was quick, polite and cleaned up well. However, we continue to have to deal with the contractors who are replacing the siding that needed to be removed during the course of the work. It's been months since we began the job, and there have been many mild days. We however, continue to have parts of our house protected only by the weather resitant underlay. The few times the two men have showed up to work on the siding, they have spent more time reading in their truck and smoking (dropping the butts in our garden and driveway) then they have actually doing any work on our house. We have called multiple times and expressed frustration. However, another week has passed and, depite promises, the work continues to be unfinished. Although we are now stuck with this company, I will NEVER use them again. We have also been told the contractor working on the inside of our house that the singles are not being replaced properly.

They rocked. They did an amazing job and even sent an inspector to make sure that I was happy with the process. Dan Wilkins was my sales guy, very informative and a straight shooter. I am going to hire superior to replace all of the windows in my house, as well as, my doors. Great company to do business with. Oh yeah, they also replaced my whole gutter system for 2K. I'm writing another report for that.

Great! A well run and organized med-large contractor. Very systematic and professional. Much better experience than chasing Joe-contractor day-after-day. Every step was done like clockwork. One phone call got an appointment with an estimator/salesman. On-the-spot printed estimates provided (2-options). Contract provided with target schedule. Formal process followed for any (the inevitable) changes - all done in writing and signed off. Dumpster and supplies arrived ahead of the roofers. They say they recycle old roofing. Had to work a little to communicate with work crew - mostly non-English speaking, but the result was very good. The work crew worked as a team from tear-down through installation and clean-up and knew roofing for sure! Good follow-up next day from supervisor who came to inspect the job. Told me to expect a contract closure package in the mail. No complaints from a contracted job like this equals "excellent" when compared to a majority of others out there.
