Superior Stucco

The work Superior Stucco did for me was top-notch in every respect. The workers were all timely, neat, friendly and good at their jobs. The owner kept a close eye on the project and regularly communicated with me.

Nothing ever happened

Very nice workmanship. Communications with the general manager who did the bid process and quarter backed the job were terrible from the beginning. Confusion, lack of response and continued confusion, and ultimately some nastiness by the GM when they weren't finishing the job made it a negative experience. If you're willing to deal with that the work product is pretty good. I went with them because they were the only stone subcontractor I could even get to do a bid. I also asked them for abid to paint the house and they were twice as expensive as the painting sub who ultimately painted my house, more than twice as expensive as the sub I hired to tear down and rebuild a wall, and about 4x expensive as a sub I hired to do some stucco work. So I'm left to wonder whether what I paid for the stone work was equally higher than what I would have paid for the same work by another stone sub.

Very good work, pleasant people to work with, fair price.

The stucco had to be rebuilt from the studs out because it was all rusting and rotting. The work went according to plan, and I painted the new stucco myself to save money, after waiting a week or so for the stucco to cure.

They did an amazing job. We've had the stucco repaired before but by comparison, this company did a much more thorough job.

Superior Stucco did a great job in rebuilding the damaged masonry and replacing the stucco. It is beautiful now. When I met with Pavel, I could see how professional he was and how important it was for the work to meet his high standards and also mine.. And it did! Thank you, Pavel!

Everytime I called, nobody answered the phone. Always went straight to voicemail. The "foreman" came out to give an estimate. He proceeded to quote me 4 times more, ON TOP of what I paid for the Angie's List deal. He then said he would text me a list of materials needed for the job. He never texted nor informed me which materials I would need to pick up. Poor first impression and overall unprofessional.

It went well. The repairs generally blend in very well and were skillfully done.

Superior Stucco did a fantastic job on the repairs we needed. I know how difficult it is to match texture and have seen some horrible repair work. These guys are very professional and the outcome was excellent. I would highly recommend them if you want the repairs done correctly. I'm sure there are cheaper guys out there, but when you see what it takes to do it right, you understand. Great work.

Excellent. We decided to award the contact to Superior Stucco, because we were very impressed with the owner Pavel’s prior experience in the stucco business and the oral presentation that he made to us. Superior did an outstanding job at a very fair price. The final result is beautiful.The project was completed 7/1/2016. The team Pavel assigned to this project was headed by Hugo, a highly talented artisan who is skilled in all phases of the stucco process. Hugo and Pavel were excellent in interpersonal relations with us. They were sensitive to our concerns, promptly answered our questions and quickly resolved to our satisfaction any issues that arose during the course of the project. Hugo and his team were very courteous, conscientious and friendly. They were steady workers, who daily pursued their tasks with diligence and pride of workmanship. They cleaned up the premises daily before quitting for the day. Dealing with Pavel and Hugo and his team was an exceptional and positive experience. We would contract with Superior again. We would recommend Superior to others.

Five star all the way. I called four stucco company from Angie's list with A ratings. Two of them were waste of time, one never showed up, the second one showed up twice but never got back to me with a bid because he said that he just got too busy. one showed up but couldn't do the job because it was too complicated! <br /> I called Superior and talked to Hugo about the project which was a fairly big job that included removing existing wood facade on the building and water proof the building which includes installing flashing where the wood and stucco meet the building, installing paper, repair and redo the stucco and installing new wood facade. Hugo knew exactly what needed to be done and told me that he would be meeting me at a certain time that day. He showed up about 10 minutes early for his appointment and we discussed what needs to be done to do the job right. He got back to me two days later with a bid as he had promised to do so. I hired them to do the job. Hugo told me that they will start the following week on my job. The day before the job starts they send the scaffolding crew and they set up scaffolding quickly.  <br /> The job took three weeks to complete. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They did some extras for me too without even charging me for it. I also used them to paint the project since I was very happy with them. The job was done on time and on budget.
