The first time we hired Super Maids they came right before my daughter's graduation and we had a bunch of family coming into town. They came and cleaned our whole house from top to bottom and did an excellent job. Everything sparkled. They did such a great job that we had them come in again after we sold our home and needed it to be cleaned for the new owners. Our home is 13 years old and had had a lot of teenagers come through it in it's time and the house looks almost brand new. I will not hesitate to use Super Maids for any cleaning needs that we have in the future.

This service started with excellent and friendly communication. She came to the house for an initial assessment, and quoted a fair price. Two days later, a comprehensive cleaning of my house was completed, despite the fact that I accidentally gave them a key to the back door instead of the front door, and the house looks amazing. Big things like a ceiling fan that looked like it hadn't been dusted in five years and an oven that looked similarly awful to little things like re-folding the hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen were all done with great care. It was all worth the very reasonable price, and I will very likely be a customer for life. Thank you so much!

I am currently under treatment for cancer so I decided to hire a cleaning service to make life a little easier between treatments. I went on Angie's list and found Super Maids Cleaning Service. When Tania came out to give me an estimate on my home, she was professional, yet made me feel like I was talking to a friend. We talked about my cancer and she was directed me to a few resources that would help me with paying for the cleaning services. She went above and beyond what she needed to do for me, while maintaining professional. That sold me. I set up my first appointment and have continued to use her services. She cleaned my home for Christmas, and I have to say, everything sparkled and she made me feel special. Thank you, Super Maids Cleaning Services, for being incredible.

Although the initial phone call that was supposed to be made to my parents from Super Maids was a few days later than what was promised, from there the service was exceptional.  My mom was so pleased with the work that Tania did in her home.  The price was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. <br />

I'm very sad.  The first time they cam out, the service was great and they were timely.  Today, they were initially to arrive at 13:00.  I received a text yesterday that they wanted to come at 0800.  This was not a good time for me and I offered 09:30 - I received a text from Tania that said "yes that will work."  They arrived after 1030 today.  further more, they did not clean baseboards or window sills.  I have hardwood floors and there was debris on the floor.  In addition, they used a harsh stainless steel item on the face of my stainless steel oven door leaving scratches.  When I spoke with the women, I muddle through some Spanish, Ana admitted she had used the wire item to clean the exterior surface of the oven.  They came back in with a stainless steel cleaner to try and correct the problem.  When I spoke with Tania on the phone, she denied they had done this and tried to say it was already there.  My home is on the market and I have a bevy of realtors who can attest that this was not the case.  Finally, Tania said she would contact her insurance company.  She then said I did not have to pay for services today but that they would not return.  She didn't need to worry as I would not have had them back.

They do a nice job, and are reasonably priced. Tania is a very nice lady!

Excellent from point of contact to being hired to clean my house once a week.  I could not be more pleased.

I love working with Tanya and her crews.  They are wonderfully friendly and Tanya has been flexible with our schedule.  And if we ask for something in particular, they are very responsive.  In addition, we have dogs:  they have no problem with this and our biggest "problem" now is that they dogs want to play with the crew.  :-)  We are planning on an extended housecleaning before the holidays.  The big clean will cost around $200.   Every two weeks is $90.   I can't even begin to describe how much easier it has made our lives. <br />

I feel she could do a good job BUT shes out of Abilene, Ks, hires people in Topeka & needs better control. I had to buy new microwave, pay for someone to fix my thermostat that got knocked off wall.  Really can't afford the extras.. <br />

They were super! They did an awesome job and cleaned from top to bottom leaving my home spotless.

I scheduled my appointment a week in advance in preparation for the move out inspection.  A pre-inspection of he house was conducted in order to determine the tools and manpower needed to complete the job.  On the day of cleaning, the crew of ladies showed up and immediately started to work.  It was a two day job, given the fact our home was a disaster after the movers finished packing our household goods.  Overall, the ladies conducted a tremendous job.  Tania is the most professional and trustworthy businesswoman I have met in the Junction City/Manhattan area. <br />
