My experience was great, Super Team was able to help me move in the midst of a bad Florida storm. The movers were very professional, efficient and nice. They charge a fair price and I would highly recommend for your next move.

Good. On time, professional and fast

The only reason I gave 1 star is because the workers were polite and did a great job. I had a very extensive conversation, regarding pricing with the manager. If you are an individual, on a strict budget, such as myself, STEER CLEAR! (I have text messages to support the back and forth dialogue with this individual and such). I was very clear ther I was shopping around for the best price, and I had 9 items that I needed moved. I listed such items; (2 beds, one frame, 2 couches, a mirror, tv, entertainment stand, and bookcase). The man quotes me “330, plus 100/hr every hour over..” I get the contract, initial quote is incorrect. He corrects it (he tried to add an additional 100 dollars). I inquired about the “7% discretionary packing fee” I, again, listed my items, sent photographs of such items, he assured me that is only if “there are items that require bubble wrap” Moving day arrives, the movers take their time wrapping my PLUSH COUCHES in blankets.. I ask why, they state it’s “standard precaution” to move such 9 items, it took them over 4 hours.. yet, I was patient, even helped to move some items. Upon departing from my old home, they didn’t arrive to the new home for 20 min after I had (and I stopped at the bank to tip them in cash). Can you imagine my surprise when I was presented with an $800 bill?I called the manager in outrage, to which he told me he was so kind as to offer me a $50 dollar discount? Is this is a joke?! I explained several times I did not have the 800 dollars, and he did not care. They overdrafted my bank account and he had the nerve to call several times (after the transaction posted of course) and sent some insincere text aboit “he sees my point, how can he rectify it” well idk j asked reveal times to pay the price I was quoted, even was ok with paying the 2 extra hours (which was bs) but it’s people like this who will ensure that I never use another moving service again!! You exploit and take advantage of hard working people and because I’m a single white female you thought you could tack on a few hundred dollars of fees unnoticed!! Even the worker felt horrible and said the price was ridiculous.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This was the best experience I had with movers in YEARS! John was super professional and courteous. He kept me informed of his arrival before he arrived. Got right to work. Completed the job, on time, gave an extra hand with other things that we needed, charged a little extra, which was totally expected (because I asked how much it would be if we went over), and did a great job. I’ll recommend him to anyone!

Sidney and his team were great! We needed to move our stuff to a storage on a Sunday and he provided it! They were even early on a Sunday! They did the job in the timeframe that was provided no hidden fees and we were even on the second floor. Thank u so much to Sidney and your team for doing exactly what was agreed and more. We appreciate it!

This company barely deserves a 1 out of 5. I would NEVER hire them again or recommend them. Several reasons why I give this rating: they showed up 90 minutes late, the employees barely speak English, the movers were SLOW as molasses, I paid for 3 movers and felt like I got 1, the senior mover and the boss of the company threatened to NOT UNLOAD THE TRUCK AT DESTINATION UNLESS I PAID THEM FIRST. They only accept cash check or zelle, no credit card. They jeopardized my entire moving day and WE had to pick up the slack by recruiting friends to help and make our moving window deadline (moved into and out of big buildings). The most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of wprking with. They literally held items hostage until I paid them. They also tried to jack up the final price from the initial quote by almost 2x.

Needed the move on short notice Sidney was very responsive. Had a crew of 8 guys that moved us in efficiently on the time frame allowed by the building. Will definitely use them if we have any need.

MOST EXCELLENT- SYDNEY AND HIS TEAM WERE FANTASTIC. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME WITH ALL THE PACKING SUPPLIES AND BOXED UP 5 OFFICES AND OUR WAREHOUSE. THEY NEXT DAY THE SAME TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME AND LOADED 2 TRUCKS AND TOOK OUR STUFF TO THE NEW OFFICE SPACE, AND UNLOADED IN RECORD TIME. KIND, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING AND PROVIDED PACKING/MOVING SERVICES WAY ABOVE WHAT WAS ANTICIPATED
