I had an excellent experience with SupraFix! The team was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. They repaired my refrigerator quickly and explained everything clearly along the way. The technician arrived on time, was very respectful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work.

We called them out for a dryer issue and honestly expected it to be more complicated. Turned out much easier thanks to the technician. He quickly figured out what was wrong, showed us the problem, and fixed it right away. Everything is working fine now with no issues. No upselling or unnecessary repairs, just straightforward service. Overall, a really good experience

Arrived promptly. Did a great job. I requested an earlier window and they accommodated. Did the job skillfully and efficiently and took the time to explain what he did. Before he left, he gave an estimate for another job and took pictures in order to send an estimate for a third job. Price was very reasonable.

They came out to look at 3 appliances, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. I was given an estimate to fix all 3. I was told they needed to order parts for each one and would get back to me in 3 or 4 days to schedule an appointment to fix them. I gave them the requested deposit to get started. A month later they called me to say they could not get a part for the refrigerator but the technician would try to figure out what else he could do to fix it when he came out. An appointment was schedule. When the technicians arrived they did not bring any parts for the other 2 appliances with them. They looked at all three appliances and again, told me they needed 3 or 4 days to order the parts needed. At that point I requested a refund of my deposit and said we are done. They did not fix anything and wasted a lot of my time. However, I did receive the refund promptly.

The mess on my stove was already fixed by my roommate, but I commend the group for their open communication and punctuality on arrival. Would call again for any issues.
