I believe this company is a scam mobile service with minimal skills and a heavy-duty sales pitch. Their service contract refers to a website for the details of their warranty. The website is non-existent. I sent a certified letter to their latest Lena Rd. address and it came back “not at this address”. Their sales agreement has no business address on it, only a phone number. It is also very fishy that the check gets made out to Rich Riccobonno personally including the sales tax. He was willing to take cash without sales tax as well. They damaged an area rug by removing the color and the tile grout repair was sub-standard.

TERRIBLE experience. I should have read the reviews. The owner, Rich Riccobono is a crook. He was supposed to clean and seal my tile but never did. I tried rescheduling numerous times and no one ever showed or called me back. Company voicemail box was full and no one ever answered. My biggest regret was leaving the check for him while he "performed" the service. I was able to get a hold of him once or twice and he "promised" to come out the next day. I waited around for about 3 or 4 Saturdays for him to show, but he never did. The service came with a 5 year warranty, but I haven't been able to get in touch with him in months so what's the point of a warranty?!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD. There are many other reputable businesses that can perform these services and WON'T STEAL YOUR MONEY.

He was supposed to clean the tile and grout, and he did a very poor job. He requested that I make the check out to him since he was the owner. I made it out (against my better judgment) to the owner, Richard Riccobono. He damaged all our stainless steel appliances by getting the caustic substance on them. He came out a couple of times promising he would take care of them. The last time he was out here with his son, Ricky, he promised he would get someone out to fix them, and failing that, he would replace the shells. To date, he has done nothing; our calls are ignored, and his customer service is non existent. I would NEVER recommend him and caution anyone to hire him or his firm.
I hired this company to seal the tile grout in my house. I paid the owner $280 to seal approximately 400sqft of tile grout. The service date was 9/25/2015. The owner, Rich Riccobono requested payment in the form of check made payable to him personally.
As this was a newly built home, he agreed to seal the grout while I was closing on the house. The house was vacant at the time and Rich supposedly completed the job and left the 5 year warranty certificate on the counter. Later that day when we moved in, I tested the grout and it is still completely porous - water soaks in immediately. I called Rich and scheduled another appointment to re-seal the grout as it appeared that the job was never even done. They never showed up. I did this not once, not twice, but FIVE MORE TIMES and they never showed up or called. After preparing for our six failed appointments (clearing my schedule, vacuuming, moving all furniture, etc.) I called Rich to get a refund, which he agreed to.
It has now been 3 months of the original service date, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called their office dozens of times over this time-frame and left a handful of professional, patient voicemails - none of which were ever returned. The few times I was able to reach Rich, he would avoid the situation, make any number of excuses, and promise to personally deliver the check the next day. This happened 3 or 4 times, but again, he never showed up. I have asked this business owner to mail the check, deliver it personally, or just have it ready in their office for me to pick up - whatever it takes to close the door on this issue, but his empty promises left me no choice but to come here and file a complaint. I gave numerous deadlines for this refund and have been extremely patient (he even thanked me for my patience), but it turns out he was only taking advantage of my understanding personality.
I paid for 400sqft of grout sealer and a 5 year warranty, however I received no service, a 3 month "runaround", and a seemingly worthless warranty certificate that has multiple invalid phone numbers on it.

Poor job, but worse than that, he splattered chemicals on my stainless steel appliances. After calling several times, he sent a nice, young man who tried to clean them. The finish came off, and the appliances are now two-toned. We contacted him multiple times, and he would say he is researching or someone would call us. Then he dodged our calls and even hung up on my husband. He has no integrity or accountability. Our only choice is to find someone to repair, if possible or replace parts and see that he reimburses us by whatever means necessary
They did my 4,000 square foot home a few years ago and again today. They sent people I could trust that were screened and that is really important in service work at a home. I am a successful author so it does matter who comes into my home. They also had state of the art equipment and their price was really fair, a few hundred. YES, they try to upsell Dupont products but there is no real pressure about it.
Supreme Carpet Care in Bradenton was fast and took care about my furniture and courteous, prompt and what I look for in support help.
Arrived within 20 minutes of promised two-hour timeframe (on the early end). Surveyed the work and went to work immediately. Finished in less than 30 minutes. . but steam cleaning was effective. Recommended teflon coating to prevent future staining, but there was no pressure to purchase. Gave recommendations for how to "speed up" drying time using ceiling fans and adjusting thermostat on air conditioner.
Friendly, professional service.
The deal was for five rooms. I had six rooms but they still did it for $120. By far, the best job I've ever seen. The carpets were cleaner than when I had moved in.
I called to have my tile floors cleaned and sealed because I found a coupon. When I called I wasn't able to get a price on cleaning my furniture. I was told I would get the Best price when the technician came to the house. When he arrived, the price to clean my furniture was considerably more then Sears or Stanley Steemer, but since he was already there I decided to have my furniture cleaned as well.
The technician was very professional and took time to clean everything. Once he left, I noticed there was a large hole (3'Lx2'Wx3"D) in my driveway where the pressure from the cleaner had blown for several hours onto my shell driveway. I filled the hole back in, tamped it down & called the company to let them know that, while it wasn't awful, some people wouldn't appreciate a big hole being blown in their driveway. Hopefully they have implemented a system where this won't happen in the future.
After the tile floor dried, it seemed like there was a film on my tile. I had to leave a message saying I didn't like how the floors looked, and I asked if they would call me back to tell me what I needed to do to correct this problem. To date I have not heard from the company.
Overall, I think Supreme Carpet is overpriced and has terrible follow up. The technician I dealt with was very friendly and professional but due to the lack of response I cannot recommend them nor would I use them again.

I moved into a gorgeous huge home with 3,000 SqFt tile and some carpet and wood flooring in bedrooms and office. The floors were so dirty I did not believe the grout could even be cleaned at that point.
I called Supreme Carpet Care & Flood Restoration who had a deal in the new homes mailers and it truly was only $199 to clean it all. They showed up on time and gave me no push for any extra up sells. The work was fast and remarkable, ALL the filthy grout and scuff marks were cleaned because they have the best equipment I noticed.
Because they had the best equipment dry time was super fast, like within an hour.
I did go ahead and spend an extra couple hundred on sealer which should last me two years because I have a low impact life and not much traffic.
An added bonus was the hospital clean sanitation I was not expecting at all as well as removal of some scuff marks I felt fairly permanent. These guys are great and I wish I could just let them hang out all day at my house!
Brian and Kevin were the technicians and very polite and focused on their work. Thanks!

I was not here when they came. My roommate was home. According to him, things went fine when they were here. The problem was that what they told me is not what happened and when I called to ask about it, I didn't get a return call
Response from Supreme Carpet & Tile Care
"We always provide top-notch service to every client we serve, and were happy to clean all of the carpets in your home for the amazing price of $40.00, however you may have not been calling the right phone number. We have a full time office staff that can be reached at (941)243-3840. We appreciate your feedback, but to clear up any misconceptions about the cleaning process I will clarify: We clean at more than 220 degrees of heat at more than 1000 PSI. This heat and pressure not only cleans but sanitizes through the pile of the carpet. This is quite the contrary to what you believe about microbial contamination due to drying time. In your case there were some heavily soiled and dirty areas that required more passes, thus increasing the dry time. This is explained to every client at the jobsite, however you were not home as you stated. We are happy to hear that your carpet came out looking very good, although we are not shocked because we make every carpet look immaculate. If you have the time, I'd like to invite you to learn more about the state-of-the-art equipment we use, along with the carpet manufacturer's most recommended cleaning method; Hot Water Extraction. This was the method used on your carpet. Kind Regards, Richard Riccobono SCC, LLC (941)243-3840 rriccobono@supremecc.com www.supremecc.com "Settling For Less Can Become Your Expense""
