Supreme Climate Control

Things always work out well and we will continue to use them.

The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied. <br>

3 days before an impending cold front, my furnace just stopped working on a Sunday!  I called Supreme and the technician was available to come out later that day.  Every other company I called didn't even answer the phone, even those that claimed to have weekend hours.  He arrived at the time he estimated (even a little early) and was very friendly and professional.  He did not find an obvious problem but after thoroughly evaluating the unit and adjusting some wires, the heat began to flow.  He waited for some time to ensure it was indeed working and took pictures of the inside of my unit so that if it stopped working, he would be prepared to come back with specific replacement parts that might be needed.   <br /> I was very impressed and would definitely call Supreme again <br />

According to Murphy's Law, my furnace quit working during the coldest weather of the year.  It was still periodically working, so I had PG&E come 1st to check it.  They deemed the furnace unsafe & completely shut it down.  A contractor recommended Supreme, & they told me they could come out within the hour.  I was impressed because it was Sat, & other companies I found were either closed or wanted extra for a wkd service call.  They showed up right on time, & quickly diagnosed the problem.  This is a family business run by twin brothers.  Both of them are professional, polite & very friendly.  They were also helpful providing information on repairing vs replacing the furnace, & gave me quotes on each.  I decided to get a new furnace, & am very happy with their work.  Everything went as scheduled, & I am now basking in the warmth of my new furnace. <br />

It was fine and they did a good job.  They called me back and showed up when they said they will show up.  They showed up on time and I am happy.

They answered the phone right away and made an appoint for later that morning.  They showed up within 2-3 hours of the initial call.  They diagnosed the problem quickly (fan was broken on the furnace).  They left to find the part that we needed, which was no small task given that it's an old furnace.  The called an hour or so later said they located the part, told me the cost, and asked if I wanted them to pick it up.  They returned in a few hours to install the fan.  Our home was warm by the evening.
