They came out three times and they didn’t resolve the issue. The first worker was professional. Since they didn’t resolve my issue I wouldn’t recommend them.

I bought a big deal for a house with linear feet less than 220 at $899. They had me pay $500 extra since they said their deal was too good. I had to pay someone else to pick up the pavers along the front of the house, since they said this was not part of their job. It was, and the job was now 3/4 done. They came back on another day to finish the job. Very disappointed in their work. <br />

<p>I have a termite infestation and Rich & Rick did a wonderful job of exterminating them by drilling holes all around the foundation and injecting a long-term termite solution. They also performed the same process in my crawl space. They agreed to come out next Spring and check the premises again for any new infestations. I am very pleased, and they were very thorough and professional in resolving my problem.</p> <br />
