The initial estimate in August 2015 went very well. We were very pleased with the quality we were getting and the quoted price. The company was responsive and showed up on time to give us the estimate. From that point, however, we had difficulty at times communicating. We did not hear back from the company regarding the status of our order and possible dates for scheduling the installation. When we finally heard from them in October, they left a message for us with a date of installation. I called and left a message to confirm the date, but they did not get our message. Once they understood the mistake, they immediately rectified by making time for us as planned. <br /> On the day of installation in October 2015, the lead installer showed up on time but they did not start work until about 11:00 am due to an issue with the window delivery/pick up. The installation went fine, and they appeared to be detailed and diligent in their work. However, we noticed part way through there was a mistake in the order, and one window was ordered without grids. Unfortunately, the installation went very late (they did not finish until about 9 pm) due to complications with the big picture window at the very end, which was not started until nearly 7 pm. Consequently, they completed the work on the large picture window in the dark and cleaned up outside in the dark. They were unable to wrap a side window that was not part of the installation, but which they agreed to wrap when we had our estimate. We were told they would come back and finish cleaning up when they came back to swap the window out for the correct one, clean off black marks on the interior of the windows, and complete the wrapping of the additional window. The next morning, we completed the clean up ourselves outside. We were pleased with the installation and the quality of the windows. However, we noticed a dent in the aluminum border surrounding the big picture window above our front door, probably inadvertently caused due to the lack of visibility in completing the work in the dark. We communicated that to the company in writing and by phone. We were told it would be taken care of by the installer. Within a few weeks, the installer came back and installed the correct window pane, but did not have the materials to wrap the additional window or fix the dent above the front door. It has now been over five months, and we have had multiple instances when we were told the installer was coming only to either not have him show up or have him reschedule. <br /> I have contacted the company multiple times, most recently two weeks ago, when we were told by the general manager the installer had just picked up the materials and would be contacting us to take care of it. After more than a week, the installer contacted us to say he would be by on the weekend to take care of it. Once agin, he had not shown up or communicated to us regarding the schedule. <br /> We were very pleased with some aspects of our experience but extremely displeased by the lack of responsiveness, the feeling of being bounced around to various members of the company, and the fact that they did not complete what they said they would or fix the dent above our front door caused by the installation. When I have spoken to the general manager or the installer, they are always very polite and professional. I just wish these interactions were followed up by action. Our issue remains unresolved more than five months after installation. <br />

They gave me a quote, discussed options and we agreed to have the job done. They were quick and efficient. I only had two minor complaints: 2 of the windows were not what we ordered (we ordered frosted, they delivered clear - still not resolved) and I am still finding staples around the residence.

They came on time, did a fast and efficient job. when there was a problem (they got the wrong windows for the master bath) they worked to remediate that right away. They did a decent job of clean up, and hauled away all the waste.

These guys were awesome and saved us a significant amount of money while giving us a superior product to the one we had lined up! When my wife and I initially were looking into getting new windows, we were pretty naive about the whole process and submitted a request online for quotes from multiple retailers in the area. To our surprise, within minutes our phone was ringing off the hook and so we started setting up appointments with the different retailers in the order they called. As it turned out, Supreme Window and Doors was our last appointment (out of about 5). Our plan going into it was to hear what each of the window retailers had to offer before deciding on one, but we quickly found out that in the window business that's not such an easy task. Each of the retailers that came to our house had a sales scheme and put a fair amount of pressure on us to sign a contract at the time of our appointment (or they stated they would not be able to provide us the "deal" they were promising). Our first appointment was from a retailer that quoted us $36,000!! Fortunately, we did not sign a contract and were able to eventually get them out of our house. We then heard from a couple of others, before signing a contract with Window Nation. They quoted us around $14,000 for a standard double pane window (which sounded pretty good compared to the other quotes we had received) so we ended up signing a contract with them after a visit that lasted about 3-4 hours. We were hesitant to sign but we opted to do so so we could make sure we got the "initial visit" discount they were offering. After signing the contract, we called Supreme Window and Door the next day to cancel our visit. The guy I talked to was incredibly reasonable and stated that he had no problem canceling our appointment, but wondered how much our contract with Window Nation was for. I did not tell him, but he volunteered that based on the number of windows we were talking about replacing we should only be paying around $10,000. With that, he said, "Look, how 'bout I have one of my guys come over to your house tomorrow morning and take a look. I promise no gimmicks or pressure. He'll take a look and give you an offer. If it sounds good then we can help you get out of the contract with Window Nation. If not, than you've lost nothing." I was a bit reluctant but agreed anyway. As it turned out, Supreme Window and Door was true to their word. Albert, their sales rep, showed up the next morning and took a quick look around. After about 20 minutes, he said he could get us triple pane windows for $9,800! He then said if we were set on the window that Window Nation was offering that he could get us the same exact window for $8,000! It was a fairly easy decision at that point. After telling us briefly why he would recommend the triple pane window option, we opted for the triple pane. That afternoon Albert was able to help us get out of our contract with Window Nation. A few days later we had another rep come by to do the measurement and our windows were installed just a few weeks after that. We are extremely happy with our windows (and the installation) and we are extremely happy that we were able to save nearly $4,000 while getting a better quality window than the one being offered by Window Nation. At some point in the future, we are planning on replacing the doors in our house and we will not think twice about going first to Supreme Window and Door. <br />

Everything went excellent. The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would. He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows. He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price. There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors. Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. <br /> A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week. The installers arrived on time and went straight to work. One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work. I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished. As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished. They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. <br /> I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. <br /> On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery. I decided to trust him and it was a great decision. After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard. It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them! The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it. <br />

After a break-in, I needed to get my doors replaced. The reviews on Angie's List helped me select Supreme Window and Door with added confidence. From start to finish, the process was easy and the pricing fair. All the staff were professional and courteous. <br /> The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job. <br /> Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Knowing about my situation with the break-in, everyone at Supreme Window and Door worked to expedite the process and get my new doors ordered and installed as soon as possible. <br />

We have only had the windows for a couple of months so we cannot comment on the quality of the windows or reductions in heating/cooling cost. <br /> However, the buying process was painless. Albert Hoffman, the sales rep was very courteous. He respected our time, asked us what we wanted and showed only 3 models. He did not insist that everyone in the household be present, did not try to get us to buy more expensive windows, and more so importantly did not come up with any of the ridiculous ?today only? prices. When we told him we were expecting more sales people, all he asked was that we give an opportunity to match the lowest price. When we were ready to buy, he gave me a price over the phone (did not insist on coming down again) and emailed all the other <br /> documents. <br /> The installation was complete in 2 days. Eric and Dan cleaned up after themselves on both days. When they were done at the end of the day, there was no sign anyone had been working on the exterior. The grid in one of the window was a little crooked, Chris Grimes, the general manager who came down for an inspection after the work was done immediately placed an order for a new <br /> window. Eric and Dan came back the next week to replace the pane and touch up the caulking in a few places. <br /> All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone we spoke to from Chris, the general manager down, were very pleasant and helpful. Albert, the sales rep, was a pleasant surprise from sales rep at other companies. He respected our time and the fact that we had a fixed budget. He answered all our questions and did not push for an immediate sales at any point. <br />

Even though we put off the work repeatedly, they kept in touch and were willing to come out again to give us a revised estimate. They were fair, honest, and detailed. Even after it turns out that I can't count, they revised the estimate and gave us the best deal on a full set of windows. They played no games and didn't press for decisions. The estimator even came out on a snow day in a rental car after his car lost a battle with a concrete block in the middle of the road. <br /> The installers were perfectionists and worked quickly and efficiently. The windows are beautiful and a true upgrade to the house. If I had more windows (or another house), I would not even consider other vendors. <br />

They did a good job. They were fast and I like their products. They also came back to put my blinds back up which I don't think it is something that they have to do but they made a special trip to come back and put those back up for me. They were quick and prompt. They have the job done about the same day so they came in the morning and they were done in the afternoon which was really nice. The staff's professionalism about coming back whenever I had a problem was really great.

<p>Scheduled an appointment with Albert Hoffman, Senior Product Specialist, to come out and give me an estimate to replace 15 windows and a sliding glass door. He's great...was punctual and very professional!! The estimate he gave was by far the best I had received plus it included adjusting my storm door and wrapping my garage door. I decided to move forward with Supreme and do the project in stages. I started with the first floor and replaced the eight windows with energy-efficient triple pane Simonton 5500 windows. Albert said I would receive a call within a week for someone to come and take measurements and that he would also follow-up with me after the install was completed. Within that time frame I received a call from John and scheduled him to come and take the measurements. He indicated it would take approximately 3-5 weeks for the windows. In a little over three weeks I received a call that the windows were ready to be installed. Due to the frigid cold weather, I scheduled the install for Friday, January 9th. The crew: John, Bobby, Carlos, and Justin arrived around 8:15 am. They set up and started removing the windows one at a time. Carlos and Justin worked outside and John and Bobby worked inside. They were very professional and cleaned up as they went along replacing each window. They also wrapped my garage door and Justin adjusted my storm door. The whole process went extremely well. I couldn't have asked for a better crew...they were awesome!! Albert did follow-up with me a few days later to see how everything went. I am a very happy customer and can already feel the difference with my new windows!! Highly recommend Albert and Supreme Window & Door!! </p> <p>P.S. The remaining seven windows on the second floor and the sliding glass door will be replaced at a later date. </p> <br />

The installation team led by Mike is basically a family team. They all seemed to instinctively know what to do so they seemed to work together in one fluid motion all day getting everything done perfectly WITHOUT any b*******, cursing or mistakes??real professionals. It was very obvious they knew how to balance the windows so that they worked perfectly, did great sealing and dream work and made sure everything was just perfect. In addition they also clad some of my exposed wood millwork at no extra charge?.just to be nice. Who does extras like that any more? Well Supreme did it for me. The installation team came back briefly this morning to finish up the job. I was told by Albert the job would take one day and a few hours on the second day and that is exactly how the job was done. I would hands down recommend Supreme Windows to anyone considering window work. Incidentally, Supreme Windows does offer other windows besides Simonton such as Sunrise. However, I chose Simonton based on the overall product and value. Very, very satisfied! <br />

I contacted Supreme Window and Door to find a good solution to my home office, which is right next to a major high way. My current windows are 20 years old, and are leaking air. Road noise was free to enter, making it a really bad place for work. Albert came by right on time, and recommended a solution with laminated glass windows to me. He also explained the performance differences and cost differences. I decided to give it a try. The order took exactly the amount of time they predicted. Eric and his crew installed the windows very professionally. I noticed one of the windows was not level compared with other windows. Eric explained that it was because of the weight of the laminated glass window, and the frame itself, which is not square. However, he took extra effort to help me adjust it to a good balance. Now, I can work quietly in my own office. Thanks to Supreme Window and Door. <br />

The estimator, Albert, was very knowledgeable about his product and forthright on his answers to my questions and concerns about the installation and the windows and doors guarantees. The installation crew,led by Tom, was here and began work on time and finish on time the same day. The focused on the installation job and cleaned up like there was never any work done. Each knew their job and worked like a well orchestrated team. They did not waste any time even for lunch. They were courteous and went about their business skillfully. They helped with some moving of furniture I wasn't able to complete prior to their arrival as expected by the installer. After the installation they managed some small tasks I asked for even though it was not something expected of the installation team. <br /> Ironically another team of installers working on a neighbor's AC stood around for at least 30 minutes observing the window installation team as if to admire them. <br /> Without question the replacement window installers were extremely profession and respectful of my property and could meet or exceed any customer's expectations. The estimator was straight forward with his quote and answers, and I trusted I had the best product for a fair price. <br />

Supreme was very helpful and paid attention to details of our conversation. I got great advice on type of windows I needed. Supreme offered best price among three bids I received. Their installers were courteous gentlemen whose clean-up was meticulous. They reinstalled my blinds and drapes covering the windows. While I look forward to future cost savings from having my new higher energy efficient windows, now I am enjoying increased quietness my new windows provide by blocking traffic noises from nearby busy street. <br />

The the seals on all the windows the previous owner had installed were broken. We decided to get them all replaced since the window manufacturer and installer went out of business. We got quotes from several companies. Based on reviews from Angie's list, we went with Supreme Windows and Doors. Installation was done on a Saturday and went without a problem. It took about half a day to install the 7 windows. <br />

<p>Where to even begin! I hired another contractor to replace 17 windows and a sliding door. That contractor abandoned the job after partially installing 7 windows. I was in a panic! My house was torn apart, I had windows stacked on my patio, my spouse was not amused and I was turned down by numerous window/door companies. Then Supreme Window and Door came to my rescue. They came the day I called to take stock of the situation and while this is something they do not normally do, they agreed to complete the entire job correctly. </p> <p>Many thanks to Albert Hoffman of Supreme for his sincere interest in correcting all the problems and his efforts expediting the process. Albert was in constant contact with the workmen all throughout the process and kept tabs on issues and progress.</p> <p>The next morning Eric (sorry, I never did learn his last name) and his helper appeared at my home ready to work. They looked at the unfinished work, re-measured all the windows and found that every last window the previous contractor purchased was the wrong size, in some instances more than 3" larger than the openings which made a simple job a now more serious situation. The options amounted to either tearing the window opening down to the studs and reframe or purchase another 17 windows. Eric and Albert consulted each other and to save me money the best approach would be to reframe the window openings. Can you believe it? More work for them and it saved me a lot of money! When Eric told me not to worry that it was now their problem not mine, I couldn't believe that standing in my hallway was a young man truly interested in getting the job done and done correctly. His demeanor, professionalism, and work ethic reflects very well indeed on Supreme.</p> <p>So now I am sitting in my kitchen, admiring my new windows. The job took a little longer than they originally expected and I hope helping me in time of need did not ruin any preexisting schedules. Since completion, Albert and someone named Chris have called me to make sure that I am indeed happy and believe me I AM!</p> <p>If I had another house that needed windows or doors I wouldn't bother calling anyone else, I already know what company is the best. In fact I have already recommended them to 2 friends in need of doors and windows.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

It went really well. We had the siding done first. We were replacing siding poorly installed years ago by A Bethesda firm that was quite pricey. The Supreme installer was very careful and used the proper method of installation. The windows had to be custom ordered so that work was done later. They were installed within one day and they look great. We had a good experience with Supreme from start to finish. Albert Hoffman was our contact person & he came to the house to discuss the project. All of their workers were excellent. And we felt the price was very responsible for the work and material we got. <br />

Eric, John, Billy, and Albert were phenomenal. They were courteous, competent, and professional as they removed all the windows on the front of my home and replaced them with Simonton triple-pane upgrades. They also replaced some rotted wood in the window framing and sills. Their window capping was some of the best I've seen anywhere, and is a huge upgrade to the curb appeal of our home. They paid great attention to detail throughout the process and were careful to clean all debris before they left. We are extremely pleased with their work and plan to have them do additional work in another home soon. You can't go wrong with these guys! <br />
