Sure-Dri recently installed a radon abatement system in our basement, and we couldn't be happier. During the home visit, Keith explained the process very well and answered our many questions. The work crew was professional and kept us well informed throughout the installation. They were respectful toward us and our property, and a pleasure to be around. Thanks to our new system our radon is now well below the EPA action level.

They know their stuff! Two times I've called them for separate issues and both times I got advice that saved me money instead of a bill up front. I kind of feel like a bandit at this point. I had Sure Dri help me direct water away from my small office building. I talked to 3 companies, who all agreed that I address a different source of water run-off than the area I thought, so the scope of the project and budget took me some time to process. In the end, I choose Sure Dri to dig a drainage ditch and install a French drain. Truly 5 star service. Here’s why: 1. Keith did my estimate. Some companies give you only the high price option, or ask your budget and build to it, so you always pay your max budget. These guys did that too, but the difference was that they helped me understand the scope of the project and their recommendations. They then explained what they could/couldn’t do at different price levels and helped me divide the project up. This helped my make my own value decision and consider if I wanted to raise my budget, or do a partial or smaller version of the project. 2. Work was scheduled promptly. They showed up on the days they said they would prepared and ready to work. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. 3. The integrity and work ethic of the team was spectacular. Even customers commented on how considerate and professional they were. 4. Beyond expectation follow-up. After the project was done, Keith came by during the 1st large rain to see if everything was working right. His team also came back to fix up some broken siding that was exposed during the project, that I’d planned on fixing myself. I will definitely look them up if I have other drainage related needs.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Sure-Dri. They were incredibly responsive, going out of their way to accommodate my schedule for the initial visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that Keith was so forthright that he suggested the repair we needed was most likely related to faulty gutters and that he didn’t think we needed a drainage and pump system for our basement. He promptly recommended a gutter contractor with whom I was very impressed. Sure-Dri did dispatch a crew to repair an inadequately sealed water line penetration that contributed to our problem. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Sure-Dri!

We recently bought a house and knew we needed some basement waterproofing. We went to Sure Dri because of the Angie's List reviews. And Keith Martin and his staff were great! Keith was very responsive if I had any concerns or questions. He walked me through the process and seemed to genuinely want to make sure what my options were before deciding on an interior French drain. His staff were very fast & professional (& kept the work area super clean). They even cemented an old drain to secure it and move the new sump pump to a new location with no extra charge. He guarantees his work and I highly recommend Sure Dri.

Very well.  The crew started when expected and the work was only minimally disruptive to our normal routine.  The finished product looks very good installed and has worked perfectly since the installation date.   <br /> <br /> In addition, Keith went above and beyond the call of duty: I asked if I could keep the dirt they dug up for a future project but he suggested that they just haul it away and he could deliver some dirt when I needed it so that I didn't have a pile of dirt lingering for months in my yard.  Excellent customer service!

I contacted Sure Dri after receiving devastating news regarding the structural integrity of my basement wall. Keith Martin made an undesirable job much more pleasent. He called the structual engineer while onsite in my basement and proposed an alternative plan which could save me money. He also guided me on how to reroute some utility service lines so that I could save money on sub contractors. In two days time, he had my old basement wall demolished and had a new block wall installed and with a very manageable price tag. <br /> I highly recommend Sure Dri to anybody who needs work done to their basement.
