SureGuard Roofing did an excellent job replacing the hail damaged skylight in my master bath. I sat at my kitchen table for hours surfing the web and watching Ryan replace the skylight on my steep roof. I was greatly impressed with his attention to detail in replacing the skylight and the shingles, and with his clean up after the job was done. Thank you Ryan for an excellent job.

We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business.

I first contacted the company because a tree limb destroyed part of a gutter that needed to be replaced. The gutters in general, however, were failing to hold back gushing water during storms. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own. All of my interactions with the company were good- they were polite upon initial contact, called when they were going to come late, actually showed up in person for the appointment, which for me is very important, and took the time to answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner.

Awesome company!!! I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but none have come close the great service I received from SureGuard. It started with Dillon who asked lots of questions and presented options based on what we wanted--no pressure, listened well. Other vendors who came either were hurried or trashed other competitors more than presenting their. I started with just a roof replacement. The SureGuard team did an excellent job working into dark to be sure everything was done as promised. This resulted in a siding and gutter project. I did not even consider getting additional quotes, because SureGuard earned my trust. Dillan presented a design based on what the interior of our home looked like. We went with a grey/white siding with cedar panels in red on the gables and a black/white/grey stone bottom half--BEAUTIFUL! John and Ryan made an awesome team. They are both friendly, courteous, and take great pride in the work they do. They would take out the time to explain exactly what they were working on and were patient to answer any questions. They were great with my dogs (one of my dogs still runs around the house looking for John!). The owner, Tony Saferian, came out almost daily to check on progress, answer questions and keep me aware of where they were at in the project. Tony is meticulous! He made it very clear that he expects to have the same quality of work done as though it was on his own home. I had some big additional items I requested during the project. Usually, a contractor would say they would do it later, but Tony and his team completed these changes. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied when the job was done. My wife and I were completely satisfied and expectations were exceeded. When you invest in your home make sure you invest in a good contractor. SureGuard is the best out there by far.

I can't say enough good things about Dillon and SureGuard Roofing! They replaced our roof and siding a while ago and did an amazing job! We were very happy with their professional work. Dillon was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and his crew was great. Recently, we needed to have a small piece of siding repaired and Dillon was quick to send someone out to take care of it for us. He also took care of cleaning out our gutters and the job was spotless! Our place has never looked better. Thanks so much SureGuard!

Everything went great, very professional, they have done several homes in our sub. I felt the price was fair and the quality of work was well done.

Dillon came to the house explained what needed to be done, which entailed a tear off. He went over all the options as far as materials used and the prices. He was very patient and He was able to answer all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. Dillon also stopped by to observe while the crew was working. The crew did an excellent job, were very polite. They did an excellent job cleaning up the after the job was finished. Definitely would recommend this company.

Completed the work based on "emergency" due to upcoming rain and storms. Provided as estimate. I paid the bill when completed. Here is something you don't see everyday, about 2 weeks later they sent me a card saying the work was not as extensive as first thought and refunded $200.00! Nice and honest!

Sureguard was amazing with their response. From the initial phone call to the final receipt; they were top notch. They could not come the same day, but did try. Instead they came out at 9:30 in the morning, in the rain, and repaired the cracked caulk around the chimney flashing. Fast, efficient and very reasonable pricing when they really could have charged more than needed. They charged $300 for the emergency call and $75 for the repair. They were fantastic. Call them, they deserve your business!

An excellent job well done in a short period of time

Sureguard roofing has been a great company to work with. They responded quickly to our need for an emergency roof repair after a windstorm. Dillon assessed the situation and gave a a fair and competitive price. Also, when a snow storm unexpectedly approached that was going to hit within a few days, they responded to our concerns and had a technician come to securely put up tarp on the weekend to keep us from worrying about any water damage until our shingles were available. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Sureguard Roofing. They genuinely care and are very pleasant people, both the office and technicians. I highly recommend them.

Everyone we had interactions with were outstanding! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The guys that did the job were true craftsmen showing pride in their work. A special thanks to the owner Tony for spending several hours after a full day to correct a structural problem due to years of water intrusion and subsequent rot. Needless to say we will be customers for life!

The office staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating with scheduling and they were able to get to our repair quickly despite the heavy call volume due to the storm. The technician, Ryan, was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived punctually. He finished the work very quickly and carefully and while he was on the roof, he did an inspection to assure us that no other work was needed. He sealed an additional area that wasn't on the original quote and was very friendly and efficient while he was there. We were very pleased with the entire process and will use them for all of our exterior home maintenance.

had about 2 feet of ridge vent blow out by the storm, I nailed down but wasn't sure if that's the right way to do it. paid money for inspection to make sure nothing else is wrong besides that. they came out and look at the roof for 15 minutes, didn't even caught the nailed down ridge vent until I told them. I wasn't home and had to call them back to get a very vague oral report, and a quote to repair. No inspection report, no follow-up calls, and they show no interested in doing any small repair. a big wasted of money.

Job was done in a professional manner, courteous employees, constant cleanup, and completed on time.

The repair looks like brand new. And we have no leak issues. Very happy with the quality of their work.
