The entire experience was good - from the initial contact and bid through installation. Sure Temp is excellent. <br />

We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. While a month and a half later I have yet to hear from one company, the second was $200.00 more for a similarly featured competitive model. Add the 36 month interest free financing and I am happy. To be honest, the estimators from all 3 companies were professional in their work. <br /> Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well. <br /> From the initial call through completion, everyone I came into contact with at this firm was never anything but polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them highly. <br />

When I was looking for a new high efficiency furnace, I received several quotes and Sure Temp was almost $800 cheaper than any other Carrier dealer. They were on time and did a neat and effective job of installing the furnace. They made sure that everything was clean and all of the paperwork was simple. I was very happy I bought the furnace and used them. Since that time I had 4 service calls. One was related to a minor issue related to installation that appeared during the winter and was quickly dealt with and three calls were related to an issue outside of their control that was tricky to resolve. They were very responsive in getting to my house and dealing with the issue, sometimes having same day service calls available. They were able to get the issue resolved through alot of research and once it was dialed in I have not had a repeat. They took care of the paperwork for the warranty and I never had to do a single thing. I am very happy with my experience with Sure Temp. Based on my experience with the installation and attentive follow-up service, I recommend Sure Temp. <br />

<p>This was the second time we have used sure temp. We were having trouble with our furnace needed to be reset quite often. The tech came cleaned and replaced some part however he did spill some oil that leaked into the center of the furnace box. After cleaning it and thinking he had got it all we had the smell of oil for a few day and we tried to clean it our self. We ended up calling Sure Temp again and the same tech came out and took the furnace apart and found the little bit of oil that had run in the center chamber and cleaned it up at no cost to us and all is well again.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

The service man was great! He spent about an hour cleaning and adjusting. He explained everything he did. <br /> But I had a slight hassle over the price I was quoted on the phone. <br /> There was a $20.00 off the service advertised on Sure Temps website. When I asked the person scheduling the appointment about it she said that the price of the service would be $140.35 including tax minus the $20.00 for a total of $120.35. When I tried to pay the service man the $120.35 he said it was supposed to be $140.35, he called his company and the person he talked to said $140.35 unless I printed out the coupon. I don't have a printer, it didn't look like a coupon, and the service scheduling person did not say it was a coupon that I needed to print out. I called the office myself and mentioned that I got the name of their company from Angie's list and immediately they accepted the $120.35. <br /> I think the service provided for the price was very good, but I don't like to haggle over prices once I have been given a quote. <br /> <br />

They serviced and inspected the furnace and gave us the and quot;okand quot; to use it. They were very professional, answered all our questions and very honest. They even called a few days later to make sure that everything was running well. We will definitely use them again, it was a great experience at a tough time. They did a great job and price was fair. <br />

Sure Temp was great in every aspect. They were professional and very helpful for the phone. After calling many other places, Sure Temp had the best prices. Their technician was awesome and answered all of our questions while servicing our equipment. I would definitely use them again. <br />

We have used Sure-Temp over the years from 2007 through 2011. They have done lighting upgrades to installing new ductless- split Air Conditioning systems to repairing our Carrier systems. They have always tried to make the most energy Efficient choices and have led us in good directions each time we have used them. We have spent over $40,000 with them for work over the years. <br /> There was some warranty work to do on the ductless-split systems and it was handled well by Sure-Temp. <br /> We will continue to use them in the future.

They are wonderful. They have been here at times when we needed they have gone way above from one would expect on a service call.

Sure Temp has provided routine maintenance and repair for our roof top units. They are punctual and professional. They do a great job and we would highly recommend! Though they are pricey.
