Paul and Erica did an amazing job waxing our bamboo floors and cleaning our area rug. Being that I have OCD, Erica was kind enough to take pictures of everything before they moved all of the furniture. Not only do the floors look amazing, but all of the furniture was put back exactly where it originally was. Thank you both for a job well done…again!

I've used Paul, the owner of Surface Experts, in the past to clean my area rugs, which he restored to new condition and desperately needed his help to remove urine from car upholstery left by a disabled person. I thought the seat was going to be ruined but Paul assured me that he could remove the urine and clean the seat and was willing to come out the same day, even though it was the weekend because he didn't want it to set in the fabric. He's like a miracle worker! Since he was here, I had him clean the entire interior upholstery and being such a conscientious person he cleaned and detailed the entire interior, doors, trim, console, dashboard- everything! When he was done my car looked and smelled brand new again! And that was not an easy task because when he began the seat wreaked strongly of urine. Paul stands behind every job, no matter how difficult, and said that if any residual smell remains to call him and he'd re-treat the seat for free. Some companies might say they are experts but Paul with Surface Experts truly is both an expert and miracle worker. He's also an all-around great human being who genuinely cares about people and isn't in the business to rip anyone off or charge for unnecessary services. I've used him twice before to clean area rugs, which he also restored to new after a pet accident, and will be using him exclusively from this point forward. If you have a tough job, call Paul at Surface Experts, you will not be disappointed. He will restore your furniture, carpets, car to new. Paul and Erica were kind and professional, and cleaned my floors better than any other company we have used in the past. They moved everything and put everything back exactly. My floors look new again! I plan to have them come every 6 months now.

Paul and Erica did an astonishingly great job of cleaning the carpet in my mom’s condo! I think the carpet is about 20 years old, and was full of dirty walking paths and spots from dropped food and beverages, but after they were done, it truly looked like brand new carpeting! They also cleaned kitchen and dining area rugs, which also looked great afterward. The communications with me were timely, professional, and very courteous. I took my mom to breakfast while the carpeting was being cleaned, and got a text when they were 15-20 minutes from being done so that I knew just when to return. The price was unbelievably reasonable. I was happy to tip them well for their tremendous service. The whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Surface Experts. I just wish my own home wasn’t so far from the area where my mom lives, as otherwise I’d surely have them clean my carpeting as well.

Paul was very professional, the price was excellent and he wasn't satisfied until we were. The mattress is brand new again!! We are having him come back to clean carpets and grout in kitchen floor in the next month. No doubt he will do a great job!!

I'm not sure there are enough positive words to describe our experience with Paul and Erica at Surface Experts.  Their professionalism is of the highest caliber, as is their work ethic.  We entrusted them with our property blindly, so to speak, because we are 10 hours from the property.  We literally gave this crew the professional freedom to go into our condominium and treat it as if was their own getting ready to sale.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the results.   Our carpet, tile, grout lines, tubs, showers, and lanai look amazing, as well as our garage floor with the new epoxy they applied.  Not only do they provide stellar services, they are fair and honest.  It is SO refreshing to hire hardworking people with immeasurable integrity. Carpets loo like new! We had this company 2 years ago after a remodel. Carpets and a sectional cleaned then. I was very happy with the results...would recommend them!

Exceptional. Paul and Erica are very efficient and left our house as they found it. They moved all the furniture off the rugs and returned them where we wanted them. I had never cleaned these orientals before thinking it was time consuming and costly. Just the opposite with Paul and Erica.

Paul and Erica and an amazing team! They are meticulous, hardworking, and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. My couch is literally three shades lighter, my floors look pristine, and my shower tile and glass doors have never looked better! Overall excellent experience! My carpet was overdue for cleaning due to the pandemic. My vacuum apparently was not doing a great job (took it for repairs after this appointment). Paul did such a fantastic job. He was timely, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make my tired, dirty carpet look beautiful. On top of that, I got a great price. Paul's work was exactly as advertised and then some. The cat pee problem was totally resolved and the new epoxy floor is amazing. Unlike others who proposed the work and estimated costs way higher with services not required, Paul did the work needed for very affordable price. I have since hired him to clean oriental rugs and will have him power wash the driveway and walkways. Very professional and by far the best value (lowest price AND best service). I highly recommend Paul for garage floor work as well as carpet cleaning.

Paul is a miracle worker! I met him early on a Saturday morning because a tenant of 11 years had moved out of the home. She left the carpet stained and filthy. I was stunned, even Paul said he hadn't seen anything this bad in 20+ years. Paul and Erica got right to work to see if they could salvage the situation, and deep cleaned one room. When they were done, I was amazed! It looked just like it did when we first built the house and moved in 24 years ago. It was a much bigger and tougher job than they had imagined, so they came back two days later. As promised, they were prompt and professional. Paul and Erica worked hard and brought different cleaning compounds and did a fantastic job! We were under a time deadline since our new tenants needed to move in right away. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did at a very fair price. Paul told me he's in the "relationship" business, not just the carpet business, and I believe him. Their hard work, punctuality and professionalism are rare qualities that you don't always find any more. You won't be sorry if you hire Surface Experts with Paul and Erica. Paul and Erica are miracle workers. Our tile and grout was in horrible shape. A tenant had painted the grout and many tiles were chipped. They made the floor look brand new.

Wow! My carpets look amazing! Erica and Paul worked hard to make my old carpets look brand new! My rocking chair and dining room chairs look fantastic as well. I highly recommend them!

Paul and Erica were an excellent team. I'm so glad they were the first ones I called to clean my carpets and upholstery! Paul made sure I had proper expectations and was very honest about what his services can and can't accomplish - Surface Experts can do a fantastic clean, but they can't exterminate fleas and dust mites. However, Paul connected me with a very helpful pest guy that talked me through natural pest solutions. Paul kept in close contact with me, and arrived when he said he would! He and Erica set up baseboard bumpers for all the corners where their hoses would rub, they moved our very heavy furniture (at no extra cost!), and they were polite and courteous the whole time: a truly service-oriented mindset! I was extremely grateful for the heavy duty "door sheet" that Paul hung in the front doorway where his hoses came in. My son is fighting pollen allergies, and not having an open door made a huge difference. Not only did they clean thoroughly, but they put all our furniture back where it belonged, dusted the baseboards, and left us 4 floor fans to dry out the carpets - all free of additional charge! I truly felt we received great service for the money we paid. Paul charged me exactly what he quoted when I first called, even though over half our house is carpet, and they ended up doing a lot of heavy lifting - the job was over 3 hours! We will definitely use Surface Experts the next time we steam clean, they were easy to deal with, flexible, and very understanding of our situation and needs. Thank you Paul and Erica!

Excellent, Paul and Erica are very personal and professional. They were punctual, reviewed and discussed the work to be done and then went to work. They protected corners and were quick and clean. Very courteous to talk with me about how best to place area rugs so they would dry properly. I will definitely call them again - they do carpet, area rugs, floors, etc. !!! GREAT TEAM!
