They did all of the window panes, even though I miscounted and I was just over the 20 offered in the Big Deal (I was counting windows, not panes).  The guys were friendly, fast, and professional.  The glass was sparkling!  I didn't want to pay extra for deep cleaning of the screens, but they were much improved, even with the basic cleaning.  The one area that could have been improved was the gutters.  They were very dirty and I expected them to be cleaned completely.  However, there was still a lot of dirt in them.  I can't complain too much because I only paid $99 and the clean windows were more than worth the price. <br /> <br />

I was told if the amount of work needed went over the deal price of 99.00, a bill would be left. When I arrived home, there was a bill for $90. I called and was told it was a mistake. This made me wonder if the cost of the job would have been less than the $99 I paid initially. Provider was responsive to calls, messages. <br />

I used an Angie's List window washer that I wasn't happy with.  They didn't leave a card and they didn't do a good job.  The windows were not done properly.  The screens were not done.  They just weren't very professional.  I spent 400 dollars because the deal was only good for like three windows and I have 50.  So they kind of screwed me.

SurfaceRenu did a very good job on our windows.  There was no damage to the outdoor landscape or indoor furniture which surrounded the windows.  The company was patient in scheduling our appointment as we wanted to wait for our neighbor to complete the outdoor renovation of their pool which caused quite a bit of dust.  The windows are clean with no streaks and the sills were cleaned as well.  The company used very little water which was a concern we had due to the California drought. <br />

Windows looked great after cleaning. Surprised to see their screen cleaning was just wiping the screens with a rag. I ended up washing some of the down stairs scrrens while they cleaned the windows. They cleaned just that... the glass part of the window, no trim or window channels. <br /> For the price it was a good service. House always looks brighter with clean windows. Wish they would have paid more attention to the screens. <br />

Contacted the service and was told when I called back about 5-6 times they would call back in a 24hr period and they have not.
