Vendor arrived at the appointed time, reviewed work involved, and set about to complete the task. Surrounding areas were covered and once cover removed, area vacuumed and wiped down. Pleasant demeanor but no nonsense. Would gladly hire again.

From estimate to finish the project went very well. Pricing was less than Costco flooring (similar quality). Nate's estimate was done quickly and on the mark. The process of making our selections were the most time consuming and Annie was very helpful in helping us narrow down on what we wanted. We cleared away furniture to make it easier for the contractor. The project took a couple more days to complete due to the removal of stubborn tile in the entryway. The contractor's crew was very courteous and professional. They did a great job of installing both carpet in the bedrooms and LVP in the rest of the house. Highly recommend them.

We shopped around and Surfaces NW had the best price by far. They tore out and installed the new flooring in one day! The workers were professional and responsive to questions. The floors look amazing. We can't say enough good things about the process.

Surfaces NW helped us pic out the syyles that fit the house and our needs for a vacation house, we were able to see the samples In person. They worked with our tight schedule window, and was able to get it done fairly quickly for the size of the area. Their crew did an amazing job on the install and cleanup after it was done. It totally transformed the look of the house, and feels great on our feet!

We chose Surfaces NW because a friend of ours who is a contractor recommended them. We started at a different company but it fell through due to some contractual issues. As soon as we called Surfaces NW, Nate Knapp came to our house for an estimate and we hit it off with him! He was easy to chat with and answered all of our questions. Annie Fast, who is a designer at the store, was helpful too with our flooring needs and selections. Super easy to get along with. Communication and customer service were top notch and that was why we decided to go with them! The luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation took two installers a day to complete a 900 sq ft floor. Quick with quality work! Our carpet for our office was also done well and looks great with our LVP! We loved the outcome and we definitely will go back for future projects. I was very impressed with this company. Due to putting my house on the market in two days, Nathan was willing to come out and meet with me the same day I called him and then have his team at my home two days later to stretch my carpet and fix the edges that were unraveling. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone!

These guys get it done! The appointment needed to pick our carpet seemed odd at first but really helped in making our decision. We asked to look at carpet in a specific price range and though the quality was good we didn't see what we wanted. There was no sales pressure to upgrade. When we asked what other options were available in a higher price range we were shown a carpet that had the color tones we wanted. At first it looked as though our choice would have a long lead time but that was avoided by someone taking the time to do a follow up on a carpet that was on hold to see if was available our project. The install was projected to take two days but the installation crew brought in extra help to get done in one long day when they realized it would work out. Perhaps the most significant benefit in working with an experienced team is that our quoted price was very precise for the amount of material actually needed. We were able to purchase a much higher quality carpet at about the same installed cost as was quoted by others who apparently charge you for a lot of material that ends up as waste.

From our initial contact until completion of the project, it was handled with cooperation, professionalism, and amazing skill. Nate was wonderful with helping with selection, measuring, and advice. The installers were amazing. They get right to work and do a beautiful job, more than I could have ever expected. It's a great team from start to finish. They have great selection of materials and offer support throughout the selection and installation. I would not consider getting my flooring from anyone else. They also installed carpet at my daughter and son in law's home with the same great results.

SNW does high-quality work. Everything was nicely finished and cleaned up afterward. Wood floor finish is beautiful. Carpeting is very nice, we love the color and quality of materials used, and it was installed well. The tile flooring, while nice looking, does not go well with the wood floor that is just a few feet away, or the cabinets. Final choice of color was ours of course, but this project was a first for us and I admit we didn't make the best choices. I wish we had been offered some advice on coordinating colors, or had some samples brought to our home to visualize side-by-side. We would not have chosen this color, if we had seen it in our home first. We chose in the showroom, and were not aware of other options.

It was a pleasure working with the business and intend to use them for future jobs.

I had gotten two ridiculously high quotes for carpet from large stores before several friends recommended Nate. All the other companies I had dealt with were very pushy in getting me to sign a service contract and sell me something I didn't know if I wanted. Nate was really easy going, knowledgeable, and friendly. He offered to grab some lunch so my wife and I could talk about what we wanted without having someone breathing down our necks. Nate is easy to get a hold of (email or phone) and responds quickly. It was really nice dealing with the actual local business owner instead of someone on the phone in a different state or country. Nate's crew got the job done in one day. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We've had our carpet for four months now and absolutely love it. When we move or remodel, I will definitely use Nate and his company again and I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent quality, excellent price, excellent customer service!

It went very well.

The guys who did the work were punctual, polite, respectful, and very courteous! They quickly went to work, and were leaving within an hour! Thankfully I don't need any more restretching done, but if I did I'd contact Surfaces NW!

Fast. prompt. responsive. I negotiated with them on all prices. We did some of the work ourselves. When I received the invoice I had to mention a few things to them that seemed too high. They were in agreement.

We had a leaky toilet which ruined our floors in our brand new house. Nate and his crew took good care of us and were so quick to respond to our issue. We were very happy with their prompt attention. They even came out to work on the floor on a Saturday, since we had guests coming into town the following week.
