The paint never cured and began peeling shortly after. The fumes forced us to vacate our home. We have been very sick from the fumes.

Very happy with both service and results from this company! Process was completely and throughly explained to me after I sent some pictures to Bill for review. He called me back with recommendations on what our 1916 clawfoot tub needed to be revived. He explained what the process would look like, what the cost would be and that there was a chance that the technician would need to come back a second day to remove tape and prep items as the spray may not be set up enough to remove the same day. Edward (our technician) was amazing! Very experienced and you can tell he truly cares about his work! He explained the prep process, spray process and what to expect. He did have to come back a second trip as the material was not dry enough to remove tape. I was asking about the texture of the tub after it had cured and Edward said it needed to be wet sanded to make it more uniform. He also texturized the bottom of the tub so it’s non skid! Tub came out beautifully and Edward made sure we were completely satisfied with the tub before he left. He was professional, punctual, clean and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. VERY happy with our restored clawfoot tub and this company! Highly recommend! If you need tub work done, this is your company! And they cover a lot of Florida too!

Love love my new bathrooms. The tiles look amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The gray floors and shower pan was a new color. It's a nickel metal sheen with white specks. The wall color is an exact white color as the painted tile. Sean was an expert in the painting process. He was so meticulous in his work. Yes, the paint did have a chemical smell, but not to bad. Glad the weather was nice, opening windows and using fans was helpfull. The process took three days. That's doing one bathroom flooring and the second bathroom, shower walls, and floor and shower pan, in the silver and white. I would highly recommend Surface Spark Refinishing to update your bathroom or kitchen. They are very professional and nice. I got new bathrooms without the expense, the mess and time that new tile would have been.

Edward was awesome, very professional. He went above and beyond. I’m very happy with the results and recommend this company. Bill was very informative when I booked the service; it went well from beginning to end.

Went terribly wrong. Michael picked up and returned the sink. Showed him several bad areas of bubbles on left edge of sink. Said would send someone to fix it and that he was surprised he didn’t see it. No one ever showed up. Several calls later and he was cursing at me on the phone. Yes, I gave back what he sent. This was on hold and back and forth until our last conversation by phone. Had no idea he was calling while on vacation. However he had no professionalism nor patience and said finally, you know I am done. Then he said I am going to refund your money and you do whatever you need to do to fix the problem and hung up. All others beware that he told me he wasn’t working in an inclosed environment and could not control if the wind might have blown something/sand onto the wet product. This review is not exactly word for word as my last transaction with this company was September 2021. I would not recommend this company at all!
