The owner was super nice and his helper was as well. They were very respectful and prompt. However after the install, once I had a chance to look at the counter top I was not very impressed with a few things: the seam job; against the wall the joint is about 1/4" gap that was filled in but it joins flush at the other end. The straight cuts at either end of the counter are slightly crooked, and my biggest pet peeve is the sink is off center from the upper cabinets. For the price I expected better, but none the less it is completed.

The entire process was smooth and everyone we worked with was very professional and accommodating. They put us at ease about our sink choice and had their own plumber to do the installation. Our kitchen was transformed in 2 hours and we couldn't be happier! It looks fantastic!!

I was told that the work would take about 4 hours. They were supposed to be here at 10 am. They arrived at 11 & did not call. I texted the office & found out that they had left at 9. The person who gave the quote & the person doing the install did not communicate very well. We have a slide in stove which he was not prepared for. He was unaware of a change in one bath that I had discussed with the one who gave the quote. One section of the kitchen granite was cut incorrectly & the work could not be completed that day. Installer said he would be here early as he needed to be somewhere at 12. We told him we needed to somewhere at 1 also. At 11, I again contacted the office as had not heard from anyone. He arrived at 11:15. The plumber was supposed to come at 3 to reconnect the faucets, but nothing was ready by the then, so had to postpone that. Thank goodness the plumber was very flexible. He was here on Sat evening & did a great job. The countertops look great. We had a small problem with the bathroom sinks and they promptly took care of that.

After measuring and cutting the countertop, we realized the cabinets need to be replaced. They worked with the cabinet installers, got the countertop installed, made adjustments, all while we were hundreds of miles away, so we couldn’t oversee the work, and it turned out beautiful. They were a pleasure to work with and the price was better than others that we looked at.

Installation went very well.  The craftmanship involved was outstanding.  I chose my beautiful slab of Alaska White granite from Helio Granite.  There were so many beautiful choices.   Cory, from Surfside, gave me an  estimate for all my choices.  Having had the same work done a few years ago in Virginia, I felt his prices were fair.  He, nor the installers, Bobby and Justin, could not have been any nicer.  They did the job they said they would do in the time they said they would do it.  I used the plumber Cory recommended to reconnect the garbage disposal and dishwasher and was very pleased with the work.  <br />

Father and son business. Father educated me on everything you want to know about granite. I had measurements from my kitchen installer and he gave me a rough quote. Sent me to one of their granite suppliers, Granite Ex. I picked out my granite, he came and did exact measurements and we scheduled installation. They did a nice job. The only negative comment is that they are not very punctual. But for me, that was not a big concern since they gave me a good price. <br />

They were a very easy company to deal with and their prices were competitive. Everyone was very professional and courteous during the entire process. We were especially impressed that both the person doing the template and the installers showed up at the times scheduled and cleaned up when they were done. We would highly recommend this company. <br />

All went well. They sent us to another place to look at granite. We picked out granite. After they got it to their shop we were called to look at it again to make sure it was what we wanted. They discussed how it would be cut. All work was done in one day once it arrived at my house. They made arrangements with plumbing company to install sink, faucet, and garbage disposal same day granite was installed. Very easy to work with and personable. They did a beautiful job of installation. I have a lot of counters. Very good job on the one seam I have. Would definitely use them again. <br />

They were like a family.  They spent really a lot of time with us helping us pick out the correct granite.  They were more than accommodating.  We were on the second floor and the granite was pretty heavy.  They were excellent in everything that they did.  They came back and fixed a part that we weren’t happy with.  They fixed it the very next day.  Everything about them was good.  They were wonderful as a matter of fact.  In fact I called them the other day to grid the sink that they put in and it came along with the granite.  The company that made the sink could only deal with the fabricator and they ordered it for me immediately.  They ordered the grids for me immediately.  I had no dealings with them from March till date and they still did it immediately for me.  Their price wasn’t wonderful.  I will use their services again in the future.
