Jessica and Alexis always do the best job cleaning my house! They have been cleaning my house for months now! Here is what happened. July 10 2023 My AC outdoor fan was locked up. I called Surfside and they quoted $25 to visit. Person came in, quoted a price that was unreasonable. I told the person I wanted to check the price. I was told that if I did not go with their service at the inflated price, I was to pay $150 Diagnostic fee. I pushed back. When I mentioned I would review of what exactly happened he left and they did not contact me for payment. After '2 months' I get an invoice of an earlier date for $25 which I think was fair at that time to start with. To complete the story, I got it fixed at a fair price from a different vendor at less than half of what was quoted by Surfside. Bottom-line, if you are in a corner and need something fixed, know that surfside would charge you the absolute higher end of what can be charged and take every advantage of a situation so that you find it difficult to get a competitive quote by slamming a $150 diagnostic fee. If you use Surfside, make sure to specify that you are looking for a quote and you will be taking multiple quotes to verify that you are paying a fair price, but are willing to pay $25 for the quote.

Water connector tightened. 20 yrs ago I would have done it myself. Oh well, not 20 yrs ago. Pete kept me in the loop about arrival and was on time. Was very cordial went to work, identified problem, gave me price fixed leak and was on his way. Good job
